Vortex Solo 10x25 Monocular

Unit fits the hand perfectly and gives excellent range and clarity

This monocular appears fairly well designed and solid, however the eye cup is very cheap and constructed poorly. I also found the focus knob to be difficult to use with one hand and even more awkward to use with the opposite hand.

After two eye surgeries, I found it difficult to balance both tubes of my binoculars, never quite getting both eyepieces working together. So I saw this Vortex Solo and decided it might serve me better. I purchased the 10x36 model and took it into the field the next day.

I bought this for work as it is much easier to quickly get out than binoculars (law enforcement)Great views, even in low light. Can read license plates at a good distance. Clarity is quite impressive and like everyone else said, a solid feel to it. Very pleased overall !!!
