Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

So far, all defective
I purchased 2 of these fans. 1 arrived defective (Rattling when running), 1 worked a month before quitting (Wouldn't even power on even after leaving unplugged for a full day). I got a replacement of the defective one and the new one arrived defective (Wouldn't turn on). So I sent it back. I had to RMA the one that quit working as my partner didn't tell me until the return period had ended. The replacement that was sent rattled like the first so I sent it back as well. They've had the unit for 3 weeks now with no replacement. Not happy with the company overall and definitely won't spend money on or recommend this model to anyone.

Great Heater, Occasionally Needs to be Reset.
Currently use 5 of these units for supplemental zonal heating. They even keep the rooms warm when the central heating is turned off. Heats a larger room better than the VMH500. Assuming this is due to better room air circulation since the fan on this unit is slightly tilted upwards.
Have to knock off one star due to occasionally having to reset a unit. With rare occasion the fan will run continuously and the heating elements will not come on. After unplugging the unit for a couple minutes they have resumed operating normally once plugged back in. Would purchase again if needed!

Looks great, worked great for a few days!
I bought this space heater a few weeks ago. We’ve used it frequently since then in our old farmhouse because the rooms stay very chilly. Our rooms aren’t large, but this heater has a hard time warming it up. If I kept it on for a long time it would eventually get there. After a few days of use, I went to turn it on one morning and it wouldn’t turn on. After trying for a while (waiting, unplugging it…) I could get it to turn on and a red light would flash and then it would all turn off again. I couldn’t ever get the fan to turn. I’ve used Vornado in the past and have had things last for years and years, but the last 3-4 Vornado products I’ve bought have seemed incredibly cheap.

Small but Powerful
I bought this Vornado heater for my RV, it sits for long periods so I wanted heat to keep mold away. I have been using the propane heater but it is hard to change the tanks to refill the propane. This heater was perfect for the job it has a kill switch when the heater gets tipped over and doesn’t use a lot of electricity. I read reviews where people complain about the setting being hard to read but I have not found that to be the case and I have pretty bad eyes. The price was right the company shipped it very fast. I am pleased with this heater. I would recommend it! I also wanted made in the USA and this model is, check on their web page because some of their heaters are from China and I did not want Chinese.

Good, but doesn't remember Celsius/Fahrenheit setting
Overall the product is well-made, and I like that it adjusts higher and lower to meet the setting marked on the thermostat. But it's really disappointing that every time the heater turns off it loses the setting that remembers whether it's on Celsius or Fahrenheit. It remembers the temperature you set, it just doesn't remember the right temperature scale. You have to change it back every time you turn the unit on. It almost seems like a bug or defect with the product, and I hope they can fix this.

Add to Current Heating System
My home was built in 1949 with a radiant heating system (hot water circulated in pipes in the floor.) It is a wonderful system but has a drawback similar to a fireplace. Radiant heating is felt on one side (facing the heat) but cool on the oposite side. I am using vornado heaters to suppliment my heating system. They circulate the heat in the floor and adds additional heat. It is the best of both worlds. Warm floors and warm circulating air with less wasted energy. My heating system is more efficient at slightly less cost.

Frustrating
The last vornado I got was so easy to use. A person turns it on and it produced heat. It, also, gave the room temperature with just a touch of a button. The new one is much more difficult to work. The only thing I like about it is the cool-down period before it turns off. You used to be able to send it back to be repaired. You can’t anymore.

Warms a room quickly
I bought two of these a month ago because they were American made and looked like they would do the job. The digital thermostat usually shows a 5-7 degree warming of a single average size bedroom or bathroom within 15-20 minutes. Very happy with product and would recommend to others. Bonus to this purchase is keeping jobs in the USA. I only wish more companies would bring manufacturing home like Vornado.
