The wine cooler includes 6 sturdy wire racks that hold everything nicely. It runs very quietly, we cant even tell that its running.
I use this at my boutique and it serves its purpose. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it takes a long time to cool the drinks. I have it set at 56 F but the drinks still seem closer to room temp than your avg cool.
This product looks great in my newly renovated kitchen and it's a good value for the price we paid.

The only pro to this cooler is that it doesn't look too bad. However, it does not cool (at all). The first give away were the instructions. It says once you receive it, let it sit for 24 hours.
