The Viking Professional 5-Ply Stainless Steel Nonstick Fry Pan delivers the exceptional performance of 5-Ply stainless steel cookware. Designed to be used in the oven the same way professional chefs use their cookware in commercial kitchens, this fry pan is stove, oven, and grill friendly up to 600°F.

Even Heat Distribution

The Viking Professional 12” frying pan is constructed for maximizing heat transfer and allowing even heat distribution across the base and the sides of the pan while reducing energy usage.

Five Layer Stainless Steel Construction

Featuring a stainless steel exterior and an elegant satin finish, this magnetic frying pan is compatible with all cooktops including induction. This frying cookware also features the PFOA free, Eterna non-stick surface that makes cooking eggs or omelets easy, requiring minimal amounts of cooking oils or fats while retaining the searing ability of a traditional fry pan. The exterior layer is magnetic stainless steel that makes it suitable for induction stovetops. The next layer of aluminum alloy bonds to the middle layer of 3004 aluminum while the fourth layer is an aluminum alloy bonded to the interior 18/10 high-grade stainless steel. Together, these five layers work in unison to transfer heat quickly and evenly through the bottom and sides of the pan.
