When I started reading the reviews on these TVs I could not believe it I bought my about 6 months ago has been the best picture and the best operating TV as far as the small remote I only use it occasionally only when I cast it take it back off and put it on regular television all the features are...
I ordered 3 set for my church. The screen was damage on one.

So many people complaining that the remote was not as complex as it should be, but you don't even need it! You use your cable company's remote for cable, the if you want to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc, you just touch cast it to your tv, which is simply touching one icon on your phone.
Picture is good. Sound is underwhelming. Had to buy a sound bar.
Bought this TV about 2wks ago and LOVED IT....UNTIL I got home today and now there is a line straight down the middle of it, with one side darker than the other. I will return on friday and purchase a different brand.PS Smart cast should be cast out!!!!!
