V-Moda’s Forza Metallo Wireless are well designed, easy to use, and among the best sounding wireless in-ear headphones we have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. There are plenty of high-quality halo-style wireless in-ears on the market that those considering the Forza Metallo Wireless may...

Quibbles aside, V-Moda's Forza Metallo Wireless is a great sounding in-ear wireless headphone that makes for an excellent everyday and sports headphone.

  • +

The V-Moda Forza Metallo Wireless sounds excellent for an in-ear wireless headphone. It's sweat-resistant and sturdy, and the included ear fins and tips allow you to get a secure, tight seal, even while running. Battery life is good at up to 10 hours.

Cords are a little long and the noise-isolating design prevents you from hearing traffic while running or biking.

The Forza Metallo Wireless earphones are a great sounding set of wireless earphones that rival the sound produced by many wired earphones. They are comfortable to wear and quick to charge. They are a little expensive at $170, but not out of the range that competitive devices are priced at.

  • +

Excellent Sound, Great ergonomics, Robust design, Style

  • -

A bit Pricey, Charging door, No voice prompts on power/connection/etc.

At $169 the Forza Metallo Wireless aren't cheap which makes them hard to recommend to anyone that doesn't have some money to burn. But if you do buy them these could be the headphones you take with you everywhere.

V-Moda's $169 Forza Metallo Wireless leave me with somewhat mixed feelings. Like all V-Moda products, the Metallos really impressed me with their sound and comfort. They provide full, rich and detailed audio without being over the top in any frequency range.

  • +

Clean, rich and full bass reproduction, Fins hold earbuds in place, Sweat-proof, Good assortment of accessories

  • -

Long cable allows for shifting, Mic/remote placement not ideal, Expensive

Usually I find a decent amount of stuff to complain about when doing reviews, but V-Moda made it pretty hard with the Forza Metallo Wireless. When my biggest complaint about headphones is that the cable is too long, it’s clear that an awful lot of things have gone right. And they have!

  • +

Great sound for the size, excellent battery life, very comfortable, neckband and earbuds both stay stable while running, stable Bluetooth connection, good seal from silicone eartips

  • -

Cable is a little too long, could use some way of letting in a little more background noise for runners who need to be aware of their surroundings

All other in-ear wireless headphones have a variety of form factors with show stopping compromises, imperfect ergonomics or useless gimmicks. They either look like unsightly massive ‘plastic space ring around the collars’, Frankenstein bolts that will not stay in your ears or separate earbuds that...

Comfort, sound, ergonomics and battery life combine to make a great pair of wireless headphones

The V-MODA Forza In-Ear Headphones are excellent sounding, light, and comfortable in-ear hybrid sport headphones.

  • +

Light, great sound. Very comfortable even after extended listening sessions.

  • -

Cable has a tendency to tangle easily. No independent volume control.

The V-MODA Forza Metallo may just be the best neckband headphones on the market, with their crisp sound and intelligent design.

  • +

Detailed, hi-fi sound Smart looks Comfortable Plenty of eartip options Sweat and water resistant

  • -

Hard case would have been nice at this price point Cables leading to ears are too long

V-Moda is a well-known name in the audio enthusiast community. Though they generally don’t aim for a neutral frequency response, many love the fun, bass-rich sound of the Crossfade and M100 over-ears.…

This IEM is kind of W-shaped EQ to me. The bass is punchy and clear. The mids are a bit recessed, just a bit, and still very clear. The treble is very articulate and clear (very very good). Yes this IEM is overall well tuned, very musical.

  • +

    - Build quality, battery life, sound quality, comfort, look, full of features, accessories are amazing. Extremely high value (just like the Cayin i5). I don't know why not a lot of people mention it on head-fi, it's a seriously good all-around headpiece.

  • -

    - Other people said bluetooth connection unstable but I never experienced that. And why would I nit-pick that this IEM does not sound as good as a Campfire Vega.

Bought these headphones for training however they are ill-suited for that purpose. The power and volumes switches sit on the shoulders, and this is where most of the sweat accumulates when I bike on the home trainer.
