Meets my expectations. Usage: X-PLANE 11 flight simulator from Blade Shadow PC Boost cloud computing. T.Flight Hotas 4 recognized without any problem.
This is and update from my first negative review. I'm changing the rating from 1 to 4. Thrustmaster support replied and I was able to install the firmware upgrade. Now the T.Flight Hotas 4 and the TFRP rudder pedals appear to be working.

- The HOTAS works fine with DCS - Works with TFRP rudder pedals

- The Hotas needed a firmware upgrade to work with the new TFRP rudder pedals. My first attempt at the upgrade failed, but I contacted Thrustmaster support and was able to install the upgrade.
I've had this for a couple months now and it works just fine. I bought it so I could better play Elite Dangerous on PC as well as Flight Simulator. It works very well for both of those games so I'm happy with the decision. I just hope it lasts longer without issues than what other people have said.
-Not easy to attached/unatach on the fly. Not really a con, but just a consideration. You attach and unattach the controller via screws.

-Super easy to get setup on PC. (make sure you update the firmware for PC) -Reduced deadzone from flight stick x (6% vs 17%) -Great price vs performance! -Overall very happy with my purchase.

-Cable from the flick stick doesn't tuck in perfectly flush under the base. Have to really crush the cable into the cable channel and even then it tends to want to stick out some. Just a touch more length here and there underneath and things would have been perfect.
During the 90s there were so many games that required joystick: X-Wing, Terminal Velocity, Tie-Fighter, Descent, etc. I bought this one to play The new Rogue Squadron and it's great, the only downside is that Rogue Squadron doesn't recognize the best configuration for the buttons so you have to map...
This is my third hotas, Ive purchased others for friends and family to get our Star Wars Squadrons on, Ace Combat, and Elite Dangerous, of course. Its not the most sturdy of peripherals but, it holds up fine. My biggest negative, the cord that links the flight to throttle sticks. Its so short.
Yes I would!

Works great, I love the detachable feature. Using it on my PC after I found the instructions to download the drivers

PC drivers weren't on a disc or anything, but I found the instructions eventually.
Had this thing sitting in the corner of my room for most of the year except this last month and I decided to use it for Elite Dangerous. For my first Joystick and Throttle this thing is pretty darn good almost no problems except that it ever so slightly spazzes a little bit on the positive x axis...
Bought this for Star Wars Squadrons but will use it for other games too now that I know how good it is. Idk about the squeaking problem some reviews complain about but mine doesn’t squeak. And I’m pretty sure if it did that would be nothing a delicate application of some wd40 couldn’t remedy.
