Some functions useful , others not so much .
I like the manual raise and lower and lumbar function .
The vibration mode seems to be a waste , it never reaches my lower back where I thought it would be effective with back pain relief . Vibrating my head and feet and nothing in the middle is kinda useless !
Sleep tracker is great , really like this feature . Nice to be able to see and track your sleep patterns and how eating , exercise , air quality etc affects your sleep and how habits can improve or worsen your sleep .
Snore feature works good and really seems to work .
Wish the motors were a little less noisy , they are quite loud .
Product appears well made but still needs improvements .

Almost The Perfect Smart Bed-frame
Sturdy build, and the wiring is neatly tucked under the frame—nice touch. USB ports on the front sides are handy (though USB-C would be even better). The remote makes it easy to control everything, from underneath lighting to head/foot positioning, and saving favorite positions is a great feature.
My one disappointment: the Sleeptracker-AI sensor pockets sit at the top of the frame, behind the sleeper, and the analytics from that placement were way off. Moving the sensors under the mattress fixed the accuracy—but then what's the point of the built-in pockets? Fix that placement and this is a 5-star base.

BEST SLEEP I'VE EVER HAD!
I recently had my third back surgery. I haven't slept good in about 20 years. Thanks to the guidance of Luke at Mattress Firm, he suggested this Smart Base. We received our purchase and downloaded the Tempur App; which was easy to navigate for us older folks. I got on the app and hit the pre-programed button for prepare to sleep. I don't remember anything after that except waking up the next morning with a sleep score of 92! This base has been a life changing experience. Thank you Tempur Pedic for this wonderful base and for continuous nights of great sleep. Oh and, my back has never felt so good!!

The Only Way to Go for Couples with Opposite Needs
My wife needs to sleep with her head slightly raised; I need to raise my legs. With a Split CA King set up, we do both at the same time. Plus with a Tempur-Pedic you can get a great comfortable night’s sleep. We bought our first Tempur-Pedicure Bases and Mattresses almost 20 years ago; we replaced it with two top-of-the-line Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Bases with a lot more features. It’s the Rolls Royce of mattress control. As a bonus, the vibrations feature relaxes you and brings you a calm peaceful enjoyment at the end of a long hectic day.

Innovative and Functional Product
We had a ~2018 Tempur-Pedic base that we really liked, but this 2025 Ergo ProSmart is much better! We love that they considered lumbar, zero gravity, TV, and sleep positions, as well as Bluetooth speaker. The affixed mattress holder is great too. My previous model did not have that so the holder would slide all over the place, so we stopped using it. I really cannot think of anything else they could do with this base to make it better, but I just got it, so we'll see. I think this is really going to help my back and my sleep!

Might return. When I raise the feet one side raises higher than the other. Most nights I can't turn off the small night light under the mattress and the massage choices are not comfortable. Hoping to NOT have any issues with Mattress Firm or Tempur Pedic. Dont like the fact I was charged for dismantling my old bed as the bedroom was empty. There was not bed for them to remove and throw out

Struggling to Hear from
The speaker sucks
If you’re getting this upgraded base mostly for the speaker, save yourself the money and buy a cheaper (and better) soundbar. The speaker works okay when hooked up to my phone. However, when connected to the TV…most of the time I can’t hear the audio and volume is at 100% (max). The speaker lacks an actual electronic brand so also having issues connecting the speaker to my TVs universal remote. The speaker function is the main upgrade for this base…it is not worth the extra thousands of dollars.

AI sleep recording less than great
Does not record sleep nightly, I have the app open when I go to bed, have recycled the power, and reconnected internet (a couple of times) and it's still constantly hit or miss. Current room temp has always registered as warm, when my room is cold, at least for me. Should be a way to adjust the temperature setting based on the users comfort level. Although I do love the different positions for comfort, these glitches are frustrating especially with how much these cost.
