The Tascam CD-200 seems to be as good as the reviews claimed. Simply, I am satisfied. This is the last CD player I plan to purchase (Hopefully). Nice transport. Solid sound, no surprises. I recommend the unit.
I just got my TASCAM 200 in today, took about 5 min's to hook it up, I'm running it analog thru a SANSUI 771 receiver 1971 model, w/a ADC-20- ban graphic -pre 50-amp equalizer an a 5-way mixer, w/-6 Fisher speakers, I was totally impressed, W/a name like TEAC you really can't go wrong, for the price...
I have ordered two of the players and both have been working without any real problems. The only con would be that the play button makes a loud click when pushed. If a mic is hot anywhere near the player, the noise will be picked up.
Outstanding piece of equipment that I have paired with the TASCAM CD recorder. While I have owned CD players and recorders over the years, I am still a novice. After an adjustment period, I am confident that I will receive full enjoyment from this investment.
The product has functioned as advertised, is easy to use and functions really well. The Bluetooth feature is fabulous as several users can connect to the device. The sound is great and plays very old CD's with some damage where the old player could not.
Solid quality and easy to useMany useful features
Wish Bluetooth had a longer range
Bought this to replace a NAD that croaked long before it should have. This Tascam has straightforward controls and operation, and a decent remote. Mechanical noise such as drawer movement is fairly quiet. The unit plays both CDs and MP3 CDRs equally well.
Best CD player good sound
Best CD Player in the world - Don't settle for anything less. Great Durability and Quality.
After a year of use, still going strong. Have not had any problems with the unit.
I like the big easy buttons and the features not found on my first CD player. Sound wise, it does sound great, the headphone portion works well with the most demanding headphones. Played a difficult to play CDR, it works great.
