Tcl 5-Series S535 50" Class HDR 4K UHD Smart QLED TV

I bought the 55” Series 5 TV this week, the display is great however the wifi range on this TV is lacking. I use Roku on all of my TV’s so this was my first purchase of a TV with the roku operating system already included.

Overall, a very nice TV for the price. Audio isn't the best, but can be resolved using headphones with the Roku App, or buying a sound system. The biggest downside is that I've been having trouble integrating the TV successfully with Google Home and there seems to be no solution.

Picture quality is great with TV Channel, pretty smooth on everything

I really wanted the 55" 6 Series TCL TV, but it was a little too big for my space ... so I went with the 50" 5 Series, and I am HAPPY! Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to preview TCL's, but having an older unit and reading reviews I was pretty sure I wouldn't be disappointed - and I wasn't!

I am still considering returning it but that is such a hassle and I don't want to be without a tv till I get a replacement plus the only thing wrong is the Roku and It worked fine for a while and I think the problem is just software because it upgraded the Roku Software and that seemed to be when...

This television has excellent picture quality. I can't comment on the sound as I use a sound bar. Love the built in Roku, while I have Dish currently, I am in the process of cutting the cord and acquired this TV specifically for that. The streaming I have done so far has been very good quality.

I bought this tv to replace my old Vizo 1080p tv my toddler broke. I purchased the 50-inch version. This is a very good tv for the price. The picture quality is great. The sound from the tv is better than I expected. I rarely turn the volume up past 20 percent. I rarely ever turn on my soundbar.

Excellent picture right out of the box. Deep blacks and excellent color. Attractive modern design.However...Bought in August of 2020. Ceased to power on in April 2023. Just after warranty expired TV developed a half inch magenta strip along entire top edge of screen.

We've had this TV for over a year now and I have to say, it's probably my least favourite TV I've ever owned. I've never had anything lose a network connection more. Literally this thing loses connection (when everything else around it has a connection) and remains disconnected, every 2-3 days.

The picture is not good. There is some sort of drag when there's any action on the screen. Maybe I have the settings wrong, but how wrong can they be? Very disappointed.
