With a one piece seamless liner, the Summit SCFM182 is easy to clean, taking the frustration out of regular maintenance cleanup. It runs on manual defrost with a static cooling system. This system cuts down on ice forming by making sure it is continuously melted and drained. This freezer is approved for use in a private residence as well as commercially within food service establishments.
