These are awesome binoculars to use in a boat. While other inferior ones have things like range finders, the quality optics here are worth having even without the cheap range finders on other ones. Auto focus, the right magnification for a boat, quality coated lenses. They're heavy and substantial.
These are not your grandfathers binoculsrs After using a pair I had inherited from my dad which where almost useless on any kind of swell or chop I purchased this pair and can say they are great in a marine environment However if you want to pack them on a Hike to go birdwatching they are big...

Exc performance, Great clarity and field of vision, Clear, bright optics, None, wide field of view, Excellent body structure, Quality of much more expensive scopes, Simple to use

No cons other than the price for some might be an issue, Big, none so far, Heavy, but a good thing for steadynesss, None, nothing
Will not get to use these until it warms up enough to get the pontoon out but they appear to be very good quality. They price was so good compared to everywhere else, I bought three pair so everyone that used the boat would have their own.
I'm a Sailor, Hunter, and all around outdoorsman. Optics have come a long way since my Coast Guard days in the 70's. I purchased these as a present for my brother. Extremely clear, even looking through a window. Picked them up, and no focusing necessary. Blow away my 10 year old NIKONS.

I really like these Marine binoculars. Very clear crisp image. The rubber coating gives a great solid feel to hold. I also like the rubber caps to cover the lens.
I bought 2 Steiner 7x50 Marine Binoculars for viewing high flying pigeons. These binoculars are very well made and have wide field of view which s extremely helpful in spotting a pigeon in high altitudes. Highly recommend this product.

I am very happy with the autofocus feature and the brightness under low light conditions. The glass is very clear and bright during the day or night. I highly recommend the Steiner 7x50 Marine Binocular
Great optics for watching game even in low light,I use them every day, great depth of field (in focus) so you can set it and forget it.I also like the generous eye relief so I can use them without removing my glasses.

The quality of the Steiner binoculars is outstanding. The brand was not familiar to me so I made my purchase based upon reviews coupled with a leap of faith. I have not been disappointed. The viewing is very bright and crystal clear.
Very clear field of view. Very easy to focus. Fabulous in all sorts of conditions like snow, fog or rain. These are the best binoculars (at 65)that I have ever owned. I'm a boater and these Steiner's will make me better.

Excellent binoculars. I run a charter fishing boat. Very good clarity and light enough to hold up for a while.
