Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Not overly impressed
My washer and Dryer were delivered and in less than 12 hours the Dryer broke! I had the service repair guy out taking the brand new dyer apart and fixing it. I was so annoyed. It still isn't right... It's loud and the auto dry does not work, even when I have it on Dry the load isn't dry!!! I also purshcased the additional steam option and that wasn't hooked up properly at first but it works now. There are also marks on the inside drum of the dyer that are in the actual metal and look bad. Just not impressed or a good way to start off with my first Speed Queen purchase.

Very expensive Dryer was a total waste of money!
Dryer was dumping water into drum from first day of installation. Had warranty repair company come to our home and they tore entire new dryer apart in our home to install a new water valve for the steam function.
Next day the dryer was dumping water into drum again and is still defective.
Called appliance store about the problem and they told me it was not their problem, and we were stuck with this defective unit and had to deal with warranty repair which has so far been ineffective.
I will never buy another Speed Queen appliance again!

Just quality
Got rid of my old speed queen for a fancy front loader set (not speed queen). Clothes stunk for 2 years, finally I had enough and bought a new speed queen set. Clothes smell great because they are actually being washed. Only con is I work construction and you can't wash my work clothes on eco mode. I'm never buying another brand let alone a front loader again.

Error n5 after two months of purchase
My dryer stopped working after just two months, displaying an error code N5 and making loud noises. I have been waiting for warranty service for three weeks and still have no scheduled appointment. This has been a huge disappointment. Given the price and the high quality this brand is known for, I expected to have no issues for at least the next ten years, but that hasn’t been the case. I would not recommend this product.

Ok I’m convinced now!
Bought the washer and dryer and have been so happy with them. The dryer kicks butt. Drys so much faster than my old Samsung even on low and medium for my more delicate materials! The pet items cycle also works better than any other I’ve seen! Don’t doubt the Speed Queens!

Great quality.
Quality, quality, quality. I was tired of replacing the heating element on my dryer so i started looking around for a new one and discovered Speed Queen. This dryer does everything i need it to do and then some. The first time i turned it on you could tell it was built much better than the competitors. Thank you Speed Queen for making such a great product.

they both work very well
like them both , they work well , the dryer had a motor board go out at four months old, repairman was a nice guy , people on the phone were I bought it were nice also. but the whole process took just about two weeks to get the repair done , would have been longer had my wife not gotten on the phone , long time to go without a dryer in the winter.

The dog lady now has an amazing dryer!!
As a Ripon College grad - I grew up knowing all about "Racy Royalty" as we called it (get it - Speed Queen), and when my brother and sister-in-law purchased theirs, I decided to follow suit. I had to chuckle because I bought the white washer as I wanted a more mechanical washer and not so much tech......but when I saw that this black dryer had that pet sensor...I was sold. Imagine when I finally got my white washer and black dryer that the delivery guys thought they had the wrong order. Nope....so my first drying of dog towels left me with so much more lint and "waste" than I have ever seen....for those of you with dogs....RUN to get this. My towels feel soft (and they are old), but they are clean and no more "doggy" odor....Thank you, Speed Queen. I may have paid more for this, but it has been worth it for sure!!
