Sony KD55X750F 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV ~~Absolutely awesome tv for us! ~ Great picture~EASY set-up~ Great price~ Light-weight enough to diy on wall mount. I didn’t set up all the google apps n stuff yet, because not really using it for internet/android/etc but it wasn’t from fear of what...
But I’ve noticed it lags a bit when I press buttons to select different options. Also it’s a pain to set the sleep timer. Other TVs have that button on the remote. With this TV you have to press several buttons and dig through menus to get to it. Kind of a pain when you’re ready for bed.
I've been a devoted Sony customer since the '80s and so far - they have once again exceeded expectations! Beautiful picture, works well with Alexa and PS3. Also has all the apps needed for us as cord cutters (Plex and Tablo) and lots of fun features as well (I imagine that many of the voice commands...
Picture quality is fantastic. We owned a Sont Bravia for 10 years prior until it broke 3 weeks ago. This has a full fledged Android TV (think sheild) interface running in it. That's why it used a crazy about of electric and it's a downer as it makes the tv start up super slow.
Let me just say the picture quality is excellent. The problem I am having is with android features. So many button presses to do simple features. Linked the tv to Alexa but that only works half the time. And playing media files via usb.... haven’t been able to do that yet.
Has a technical issue ! The tv and it's remote needs keep resetting !! Most of the time the tv won't turn on and I need to restart it manually. It's not Worth the money , Indeed I've bought a lemon for 1000$ ! What the shame
I have had the TV for several days now and am loving it! I am thoroughly enjoying the quick and easy access to applications like Netflix, google play, hbo go, pandora, etc. I haven’t tested the speakers too much because I bought a sound bar at the same time as the tv, but the few minutes that I did...
Cheap Plastic Screen with bunch of dead pixels right in the middle lower border. Not even stuck pixels but completely dead. The plastic screen seems to be coming apart or delaminated in the lower screen bezel right next to the Sony emblem, I can stick on quarter in it.
To start, the ONLY reason we needed a new tv is because I tossed a DVD case and broke our BEAUTIFUL Samsung perfect TV and we bought this on 2019 amazon prime days on a lightening deal... boy that was a mistake. Trust me, Read this before you think about buying this tv. TRUST ME- don't buy it.
