The Sony WH-XB910N are decent for commute and travel. They have a very comfortable and well-built design, and even though they're somewhat bulky, they come with a hard case to help protect them when you're on the go.

Right now, Sony’s biggest competition for the XB910N comes from… Sony. Unless you’re just gaga for Sony’s “Xtra Bass” sound, and more power to you, the price point between the XB910N and the sale price of the XM4 is just too close. The XM4’s online price regularly falls to around $280 (or less).

  Cool and energetic sound, and with a little adjustment, the midrange also becomes good. Good noise reduction, fine functionality and good fit.

The short answer is that if you’re considering a new set of over-ear headphones then I can’t think of any reason not to. The hardware lives up to the sony name, the sound is excellent, the noise-cancelling capabilities are high level, the battery life is more than acceptable and you get a decent...

This is our second pair as I have had mine for five years and purchased one for my wife and she loves it as well.Stays put, awesome sound, easy to use the controls, battery stays charged and much less expensive than others.I use it on the treadmill and stairmaster and barely hear the machines.

Great headphones. Being a 76-year-old, I really do not care for headsets. I'm not going out jogging or anything like that. I just want a high quality set of headphones that sound terrific. The WH-XB910N does the job - and how!

Very nice headphones for the price. Easy to use Bluetooth or wired use possible. Noise cancelling feature is very nice too with good comfort. Sound is strong and clear even with the extra bass feature which is most important to me...Great sound.

Sony are known to do great things and these headphones are no exception. I bought these today and after 2 hours of wear, I can confidently feel they will last me yonder. I bought them for their noise cancelling feature and I can really tell the difference.

I'm sure these headphones are great, but they haven't arrived yet. I've been waiting about a month now. Please stop asking me to review them.

Don't let any "expert" tell you that wired headphones are far superior to wireless. I'm hearing things in my music that I have NOT heard with some very expensive phones that I own-plus I get the added benefit of noise cancelling!
