It's a good job the menu design is clear, however, as the 2.7" LCD screen's 230k-dot resolution is low by current standards and pixelates fine detail. The screen's cheapness is also apparent from its poor viewing angles, which cause images to appear very washed out when viewed from high angles and...
Reasonable performance in good light, Some manual control, Compact and lightweight, Low price
Poor low light image quality, Extremely soft panoramas, Very limited LCD viewing angles, Restricted zoom range
After all, the reason you buy a camera is for images. This produces below average images. It is a replacement for my wife's 8 yr old Canon which died. The cannon at 5 megapixel produced better images. I wish I would have spent more for better images.
- low cost - 20 megapixel - lot of features - small, lite weight (top of wife's pref)
- images very noisy
I've only used it a few times but so far I like it. It takes good pictures of my kids even when they move around a lot. Also has some fun features.
Good to have this if you are very short on budget and want decent images.
Nice price to feature ratio. Very detailed images as compare to mobile camera. Light Weight.
Nothing bad in it in this price range.
I returned this camera. I thought it would be a great little camera, but on the second day of our trip the zoom lens got stuck open. Couldnt close it, and couldnt take pictures.
Small and lightweight camera, great picture clarity and easy to operate. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because there is a slight pause from the time you push the button to when the actual picture is taken.
I do own a good D-SLR, but... I was leaving for a week trip to the beach, I wanted to buy a small pocket camera last minute, as my previous one was broken. My web research showed me I had either choice of buying this cheap one, or use my phone, or grow the budget to at least 300 $. So...
