Four weeks ago at CES 2016 , Sony unveiled a bevy of new products, including a 4K handycam ( AX53 ), a new portable wireless speaker ( h.ear go ) and their “most beautiful 4K HDR TV.” But despite the notability of those products, it appears Sony has saved its best for last.

The last five months have been really tough. I've been without my trusty Sony A6000 after it suddenly stopped working during my vacation in London last November. After what felt like forever, Sony finally announced the A6300 , the A6000's long-awaited successor. I pre-ordered one as soon as I could.

I am mainly a road cycling and mountain biking filmmaker and photographer (some outdoor adventure/travel too) and I bought this camera for two reasons. The first was to have a lightweight companion camera to my c100 that could film slowmo and 4k if necessary. It's been absolutely amazing here.

I had an A5100 and it was stolen. Recently, I decided to upgrade to an A6300, this camera definitely packs a lot of punches. I am still learning many of those functions.

I have been quite pleased with my Sony NEX-6 camera, but decided to upgrade to the a6300 to get a better and higher-resolution sensor, faster and better autofocus, and higher-quality video capability. The a6300 has met my expectations on all counts.

I own an A6000 and I thought it was good, but the A6300 is better yet. The 6000 overheats on long video's, and probably will on this one also. Not enough room for cooling down the processor.

I purchased this camera to take 4K videos of my kids playing sports. I was hoping that the OSS lens stabilization was enough to smooth out my footage but even on a video monopod 4K at 30p wasn't"t as smooth as 1080 at 60p with in-body stabilization on my Sony RX10.

Got this camera 2 days before my first wedding gig, it performed above my expectations, got gorgeous 1080p120 slo-mo and beautiful 4k shots. The zebras, focus peaking, gamma assist, and log features also helped out alot during both production and post, defiantly the best bang for buck prosumer video...

Great mirrorless camera, taken some good pictures with this already.Even some of my enthusiastic photography friends have taken a liking to this.Fair price at the discounted rate.
