I like this juicer at first, it looks stylish and nice. The machine worked well in the first month of usage but it was getting louder and louder, too loud nowadays. My husband feels very annoyed and my neighbors complain whenever I use it. We live in a condo so I can not use it as I expected.
Very nice juicer. We’ll build, quiet and eat to clean.
I’ve had this juicer for a month and use it about 3 times per week. I like the auto on feature (press down and it’s juicing). I would confer this a light duty unit. I don’t juice more than 4 oranges at a time. This yields about 12 ounces of juice. It’s quiet and doesn’t use a lot of space.
Great juicer. Before purchasing, I was a little concerned about the reviews that called out the plastic parts, but it ended up being just fine. The strainer tray is metal, the agitator thing is coated in heavy duty metal. The parts that are plastic make sense....easier to clean and reassemble.
This juicer has four feet at the bottom and when pressed at a slight angle while trying to juice a lime, it tilts over. I wanted my kids would be able to juice oranges but it’s always a mess because they don’t always remember to keep the pressing angle exactly straight down.
Recently replaced my age old Proctor Silex juicer with a new one. Unfortunately the new one was literally a piece of junk in comparison. After using it several times, I knew it was not to remain in my house. After searching, I decided on the Smeg Citrus Juicer.
This juicer is fantastic! hits all the points: really cool on the counter, super simple to clean and to use. My kids can juice without me being worried that something could go terribly wrong:)
If you want a few glasses of juice this is great. We have fruit trees in our backyard and it constantly overheats and shuts down after 20-30 lemons. At 80W it is very underpowered. Look elsewhere.
I bought this for Christmas & been having fresh orange
