I purchased this microphone for rehearsals but might end up using for live shows as well. The quality from this mic is outstanding. I have a wireless sm58 as well, but wanted something that I didnt mind getting dinged up.
Pros: Affordable,Great Sound Quality,DurableGreat entry level mic. Very affordable and probably best mic out there for the money. I use it in a band setting and it works great for vocals and with a guitar talk box.
I do small events with PA and also some radio broadcasts...I have looked for a stout mix that can hold up to use and abuse. This is the mic. Sounds like an SM58 but easier to afford.
We use these mics for live sound along side SM58s. A small difference in overall sound but not much more than the difference between our older 58s and our newer ones. Very rugged and a great value for the price. I would continue to purchase these mics for future needs.
This mike fit the bill as far as performance, durability and price for our school AV in the gym. Complete with an on/off switch and an XLR cable.
I got this on sale and am very happy. 1/3rd the price of the 58, but perfect for biking or rehearsal vocals. Built like a Shure, very tough.
This is the perfect mic for the price. Looking for something to do interviews on the fly and didn't need to spend $100 on an SM58. This is the perfect choice since it's still solid a a rock, sounds amazing, and has most of the features of the 58 without the price tag.
I needed this mic in like five days and I expected it in three. I needed it to be crisp and pure... And it was sharp! Great mic for any background. No batteries. Wires? yes, but it is was better then wireless mics for background. Just so much easier
Great standard mic, great sound, works with our old PA very well.
Works with good frequency response and back noise rejection
