The mic is very precise with the sound, you may have to cut out some of the lower end frequencies with it, depending on how close you are to the mic and how deep your voice is. That was the only issue that I had when using this mic. I didn?
We are a large Hotel with a Function center. This is in use almost every day and it is exactly what we wanted.. Reliable, professional and very user friendly.
Not much to say. This is original equipment and it fit perfectly and was a perfect replacement for my missing grille. It should last for many years like normal Shure items.
It's been around for ages. It worked well then and it works well now. It's as good as you can get for a basic utility voice/instrument mic.
This microphone is the perfect combination between presence and feedback rejection. It has a slight cut around 7khz and the highs are rolled off around 15khz. Use it for those not so pleasant voices that are loud or ear piercing and it works wonders on male falsetto as well.
These history of these mikes speak for themselves. The real story here is Sweetwater's outstanding service, advice, and people. All have been 5.0 for me and my music needs.
