Oven runs hot between 5 and 50 degrees depending on starting point. So re-calibration does not help b/c temperature overage is not constant. Cannot raise temp point to a higher level from a lower level, b/c oven tells you that it is already at the higher temp point (that is, not the lower starting point). Timer cannot be cleared. Timer bell is so faint that it is inaudible. JUNK overall. Stay far away from purchasing this thing.

Glass cook top suject to breakage
I cannot recommend this range because its glass top is very fragile. I replaced my 15 year old Maytag glass top range because they quit making parts for the oven, the cooktop was still good. In less than a year the Shark ceramic top broke from side to bottom while cooking eggs in a skillet.

"Sharp" product with no Sharp name on it.
It is the worst purchase I have made. First, it appears that SHARP didn't even want to put a logo anywhere on the stove, presumably to avoid identifying this product with the brand.
The three small burners on the back are too small and too close to each other, so you can not use all three of them at the same time. One in front is too big, so using only one burner in the front row is the best option.
The vent on the back of the cooktop is not removable for cleaning. To keep the vent clean, I cover it with plastic wrap to prevent splashes every time during cooking.
The oven lacks proper heat insulation, and the kitchen cabinets next to it, as well as the granite countertop, become very hot when I use the oven. Needless to say, the cooktop also becomes very warm when the oven is in use.
Even though I am not using any scraping or paste material and wash the knobs very gently, the "off" sign has already come off from one knob. We purchased the stove at the end of October 2024, and I don't use it too often.
I would not recommend this product.

Not Impressed
Not all that impressed with this range. It has a hugh burner up front that is not usable unless you cook with very large pots on a regular basis. You cannot easily see the dial settings they are dark and unreadable so I keep a flashlight close by. The timer alarm is very quiet so you will need to be close to the range to hear it go off. And the glasstop is hard to keep clean and seems to scratch easily from the pots you use on it. What I do like is it is sleek looking and the oven works well.

Convection Issue
The stove top works great. I love the extension that covers the gaps between the cabinet and stove top. I love the 12" element because I use it all the time, but it would be nice to integrate a smaller element in it to allow for more pan sizes. The lighted dials are very helpful to indicate a burner is turned on. The timer sound is very faint so I use a separate timer. The overall appearance is beautiful, very modern. When it was delivered they said it weighed more than other ranges they were used to installing it. The reason for the 3 stars is the convection oven. Most convection oven fans run constantly but this fan starts and stops throughout the cooking process. I used all 3 convection modes and they were all the same. Also, the temperature varied a lot while cooking. I contacted support and was told that this is all normal operation. I have always had convection where the fan is constantly running, so unfortunately I have to adjust my temperature and cooking time to accommodate. For me this is a big disappointment. At least the probe option works great. Last comment is the drawer height is half of my old range so be aware you may lose some storage space.

Great Range at a real value
Our SHARP glass top convection range has been fantastic. Easy to use, quick to clean-up and provides all the features we need. Unlike the more complicated ovens that have "advanced" features, SHARP has found the sweet spot of features and convenience that give you everything you need and made it easy to use. We use our range daily and the clean-up is quick and easy. After two years, the range still looks like new and we get compliments from guests all the time.

Hate this range!
I've owned this appliance for 6 weeks and dislike it more by the day. The burners aren't consistent either way to hot or not hot enough. The oven is sub par at best. Temperature incorrect according to the thermometer i put inside by 50 degrees. Takes forever to cook anything and the air fryer is useless. Give me back my old stove and countertop air fryer over yhos junk any day. The unit is a huge dissapointment
