Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Glass Shelves Breaking
We bought a house and the previous owners had just purchased this refrigerator. It is less than 3 years old. We have had two of the glass shelves shatter. The first one that shattered had one carton of eggs on it. The next one that shattered had a few small cartons of yogurt on it. I was cleaning up in the kitchen and heard a loud noise from the fridge. I thought it was the ice maker and when I went to investigate, I opened the fridge to find another shelf shattered. We are very disappointed in this fridge and are down to two shelves left.

Horrible Service
My 5 yo fridge is having an issue with the freezer. It is not defrosting and i can barely open the top drawer. I called support for the phone # of a repair service. Instead I spent 45 minutes with a rep who insisted I can fix it on my own. She said the freezer was too cold (at the factory setting of 0 degrees). I tried to raise the temp but it never went above 7 and she couldn't tell me how to get it higher. So, that did not work out since she was not listening to me when I told her the temperature was not going up. After begging forthe 3rd or 4th time I asked for a repair service that fixes Sharp Refrigerators she put me on hold for 4-5 mutes only to tell me there is no authorized service center near me in Rochester NY. At thnat point I hung up.
WHY WOULD YOU SELL an APPLIANCE and NOT HAVE A REPAIR SERVICE AVAILABLE??

Great refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We opted for the refrigerator without the filtered water dispenser since our well water is filtered and we didn't need it. The ice is in the freezer which leaves plenty of room up in the fridge for our food without it getting frozen in places near the ice maker. This fits perfectly where we put it and works great!

Modern and Spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a brand new fridge for my apartment and this fridge is so spacious. All the compartments are top of the line. What I particularly love is how fresh and crisp all my vegetables and fruits be after a prolonged stay and the storage space is phenomenal!

Replaced a 40 year old frig with a no frills frig.
Never worry about having enough ice! Wonderful supply and not alot of noise making it. Having freezer drawers keeps needed items easy to access. Replaced our original wedding gift frig. Not disappointed!

Everything I need!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go this to replace a broken unit
I love it
There is so much room. I can fit twice as much food as my old fridge and it is easy to get to. Very good amount of freezer space too. Highly recommend

Shelving let down
Shelf shattered with a very minimal load; few slices of cheese and an egg carton. Only had it for less than two, impossible to find replacement shelves as they are all on third party websites, otherwise could've been a good product

Shelves shattering
Very disappointed in this fridge. I heard a loud shattering noise; the shelf completely shattered. It took well over an hour to clean up all the glass. We have had it less than 2 years. How can we get a replacement shelf?
