Sharp 1.5 cu. ft. Capacity Countertop Microwave

Thanks to its ability to microwave, convection bake, broil, and roast, the Sharp R-930AK can accomplish nearly all your cooking and baking needs. This convection microwave has a 1.5 cubic foot capacity and 900 watts on power on its highest level, including both a turntable and high/low oven racks.

My rating reflects the probability that it will arrive damaged and have to be returned. Before noticing the damage on the first one that was shipped we ran it and it seemed to be just what we wanted. If I could be assured that I would receive one undamaged I would rate it 5 stars.

  Well designed combination microwave and convection oven. We have owned an earlier version of this machine for 35 years and it is still going strong.

  We ordered...and returned two of these. Both arrived with the outer case damaged, even though the shipping box did not show signs of damage. The metal case is made of fairly light gauge sheet metal, and there is apparently not enough styrofoam to hold it in place inside the box to prevent damage...

Sold me a microwave but would not let me recycle old one. Carried 60 lb old microwave into store and told you do not recycle. Had to carry out two microwaves. Disappointed

"I have had mine since 1999 )the R-930AK(...I have only had to buy a $11.00 sensor after 10 years because it would keep cutting off after every minute. It is still going strong and I hope this Sharp will be available when mine finally goes. I want another one..
