Sennheiser ME 2 Omnidirectional Condenser Lavalier Microphone

Mic is fine but the clip broke after 2 uses. I can't use the old ME 2 metal wire clip because I can't take the windscreen off of this mic. The other drawback is that it's now harder if I want to tape the mic inside clothing via the cloth stickies because of the windscreen head.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great mic! IF there are no speakers anywhere near the speaker. It picks up everything around it, DUH! (Omni-Directional) but feedback is a huge issue if you are using floor monitors or the person speaking stands anywhere near or in front of the mains.

I used this mic for interviews on a Documentary. It worked flawlessly and gave me no issues. Other reviews mentioned a plastic clip but this had a sturdy metal one. So maybe they heard the community and resolved it with a metal one. At any rate this mic worked great for me!

The Sennheiser ew100 G3 series mic packs are great. My only issue is that the cable for the mic is easily destroyed. With a few bends back and forth at either end, you'll start to see the internal copper wires and eventually it frays and stops working.

I had to buy this to replace the lav mic that came with my Sennheiser G3 system. I have had that for at least 6-7 years now, works great but the mic had a lot of cable wear and finally broke due to so much usage.

I paired this mic with the Rode Go system and now its all I use and it makes my life so much easier. Ive youre thinking about getting it - get it.

This is probably the best lapel microphone you can purchase for under $200. I paired this with a RODE Wireless GO setup and it has been great! I would definitely recommend!!

I have not purchased this item, however, the word integrated would indicate the windscreen is not removable and therefore renders this mic useless for me. When hiding a mic, being able to create a low profile is critical. The older version allowed you to remove the windscreen.

So I ordered the mic because the old on one our G3 series was starting to fray. When it came in the mic is noticeably larger and wider. Works great, plugs in great. The only disappointing part about it to me is that the clip it comes with is a plastic kind of clip and it already broke before I even...

Yes, it's a great mic. I use it with my G2s and my AVX systems. I love the built in windscreen .. it works! The one caution. The mic clip .. when attaching it, slide it up cable to engage with the mic head DO NOT press on it place fromthe side. The clip will eventually snap.
