This is an adequate lavalier mic for indoor use. Positives: It has good sound quality Negatives: It does pick up background and wind noise outdoors. The clip is not static and allows the mic to swivel in use causing unwanted noise.

I've used this mic with Sennheiser's SK-100 bodypack and EK-100 receiver. The audio clarity is good however it as noted in another review, it is very heavy on the mid-range.

we are using this product at our church and it is easy to install and adjust and turn on and off.

pretty good la. The clip is a cheap plastic though.

As a microphone this is great. But, if your trying to hide it, it is very difficult because of it's relatively large round shape. Flat microphones are a much easier to hide under clothing. And like the other review says, the clip that comes with it is horrible.

This microphone may work on a dead person, but anything livingnot so much. You want noise? You want booming noise? Just run your finger ever so slightly along the cheap, thin cable ... accidental purchase, returning for the ME 2.

I use Sennheiser G3s all the time with the ME-2 which come standard with those kits. I needed to rent a couple more Sennheiser G3s for a job and incorrectly assumed that they would come with ME-2s...INSTEAD it came with ME-4s. What a joke, I cant believe Sennheiser sells these as a pro mic.

I've been using the ME2 mics for years. Recently bought 5 Evolution G3 systems and they all came with ME4 mics. They are worse than the ME2 in every way. The ME4 is muddy. It's very mid heavy. It's much more work to get an acceptable EQ than the ME2.

Although a bit larger than the mic that came with the the EW 100, this mic sounds great. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about the construction of the clip, yes one piece is plastic, but it allows for the mic to be easily switched from one side to the other, and does come with an extra...

Sennheiser makes great audio. This mic is perfect if you need to control noise near your talent or in a PA setup
