Sennheiser's HD 4.50 BTNC Wireless gets you most of what you want in a premium wireless noise-canceling headphone but costs significantly less.
The Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC Wireless is wireless noise-canceling headphone with effective noise canceling that sounds great and costs significantly less than Bose's QuietComfort 35. It works well as a headset and offers decent battery life. The headphones fold up into a simple canvas carrying bag.
Not quite as comfortable as higher-end models from Bose, Sony and Sennheiser.
The Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC headphones deliver a powerful Bluetooth audio experience and decent noise cancellation for the price, but some performance quirks hold them back.
Strong bass response matched with crisp, bright highs. Bluetooth functionality and active noise cancellation. Detachable cable for wired listening.
Noise cancellation affects audio performance. Can get uncomfortable over long listening sessions. Not for those seeking accurate sound signature.
Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC is a high quality noise cancelling headphone that stands up well against anything in its price point.
Bass-focused sound that retains balance High quality for the price range Comfortable Easy to use
No hard case
After another experience with a new company, I have to say the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC works really well for its purpose. As a headset meant for traveling purposes, this pair of headphones has a lot of features to like.
To sum it up the Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC Wireless Headphone is excellent. It’s perfect for everyday use and has superior sound over any other similarly priced Bluetooth noise-cancelling headphone on the market. It’s simple to use, sounds great and is built to last a long time.
Who says great noise-cancelling’s reserved for the elite? Now Sennheiser has dropped the gauntlet on the competition by launching the HD 4.50 BTNC Noise-cancelling headphones. It’s much less expensive than the venerated Bose noise-cancellers that dominated Business Class cabins.
Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC are large on-ear wireless headphones with Bluetooth as well as NFC connectivity
The Sennheiser HD 4.40 BT wireless headphone is exactly what it’s designed to be. A portable, comfortable, streamline headphone that rocks the bass. It’s not a reference headphone. Your music is not going to sound “exactly as it did in the studio”.
There are so many different types of Bluetooth headphones on the market these days. Sennheiser has done their part in releasing their share of wireless cans ranging from affordable to audiophile-grade.
And anyway, that isn’t really how Sennheiser designed these to be used. Used to exploit their specification as wireless noise-cancelling headphones fully, they’re, well - alright. If alright isn’t good enough for you - and why should it be? - there are far better options available for less money.
Decent noise-cancelling, Smooth overall presentation, Good body to the midrange
Balance skewed toward bottom end, Timing and dynamics leave much to be desired, Not the most detail, Uncomfortable over time
Fits a little too tight and initially a bit tricky to find a comfortable wearing position due to the narrow elliptical ear cup. I plan to switch out the ear cup in the future. Once I found the right position, I was able to wear it for more than a few hours straight without any fatigue.
Respectable noise cancelling, good audio quality, no NC pressure feel
headband too tight
Great sound for wireless, comfortable ear pieces. Simple, effective buttons. A bit annoying for pairing, but nothing different from anything else you'd bluetooth pair that doesn't have a screen.
Had tried another pair of Sennheisers (HD380) but they were too tight on the head, whereas these are just right. Sound quality has been impressive for wireless and the range is fine when you have line of sight. Haven't fully tested the battery life yet but so far ok.
Great headphones and the sound cancellation is better than I expected although a bit tricky to turn on as you have to hold two small buttons.
Straight out of the box and using in no time at all with easy setup and connect
Really crisp sound, blocks out background noise incredibly well, and super comfortable. Great!
I have been using these headphones for a couple of weeks now. As you would expect from Sennheiser the sound quality is excellent and the noise cancelling works well, both on its own and when listening to music, cancelling out most of the engine noise on the train and bus.
Excellent quality for the price and very comfortable
Great headphones. Lightweight but seem well made. A long time fan of sennheiser.
Nice heaphones good sound quality and comfortable for the money spent. I would recommend them.
