Once you use Sennheiser gear, nothing else will compare. I can rely on these recover and transmitters for my audio, I never worry because I have never had problems.
I bought the receiver to work with any of the lavalier or handheld transmitters we already use for sound reinforcement. This allows me to use the existing microphones for audio recording directly to the camera as well. It works as advertised and did a great job.
The Sennheiser G3 series is simply the best of its kind. Superior build quality and easy to use!
I use this for my videography business. Sennheiser in my opinion is the best wireless system available for a reasonable price.
Easy to use and gives professional sound quality. Not a professional but now getting professional results.
This product gives you the most bang for the buck. Overall good performance but, of course can not compete with the higher end units. Does everything well but nothing the best. Limited broadcast range due to it's 30mw output and prone to interference.
This was a replacement as the my other unit, g2 took a dive into a pond along with the camera. So far it has worked flawlessly
I use this device to provide audio signal to my remote systems during cocktail hour. I have anywhere between 1-3 of these going on in differenct areas. I've had signal over 300 feet if line of site, otherwise walls can degrade length a little. I'd buy another one if needed.
In its class this is simply the most rugged and best performing wireless mic system. Period.
For those with low budgets but don't want junk, Sennheiser EW series is the best. You can set it to other channels to avoid any crosstalk. I've been using them for 12 years now and never had a problem. They are very well engineered and will last.
