I have been using the AVX lav system and LOVE it! So I bought this mic separately and it links with my current receiver perfectly. It comes with a soft pouch in the box (not listed in the product info)
So far, only used it for one shoot. It works very well and is solidly built. Expensive, but worth it.
Love it! Works perfectly with my existing transmitters. Very easy to pair in seconds. It does command a premium price, but well worth it!
While I love the AVX system using the lav mic, this wireless handheld mic is garbage. The sound quality is poor and, if you use this for interviews, the audio drop off is so significant that, unless the mic is literally within 2ft of the subjects mouth, it will sound like the interviews was shot...
Recently I made a change from my old Sennheiser lavalier G3 to AVX and so I also changed my handheld. The same expected quality, but with the evolution of the AVX system. Pefect.
Its rally fast to work with this mic
Just shot with it this weekend. Very happy with results. One battery lasted the full day.
I have never foun a wireless mic better than this BUT how can you sell a mic for so much money that people have to work hard to get and do not include a charger. You have to purchase it separately...REALLY Sennheiser That is really and truly disgusting. So ashamed of you for doing this
