smooth rings and creamy image. I'm using it for both stills on sony A7R and videos on samsung NX1. Just pay attention at chromatic aberrations when used wide open. Capture One doesn't have lens profiles for this 50mm, so you must take care of fringing by yourself.
As every bit as versatile as you expect your 50mm to be. produces lovely images. the gearing is great for follow focus rigs. I cant say enough about the Samyang series of lenses. So much more than good for the price. you will not be unhappy with this lens.
