Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Terrible. Do not purchase!
I rarely write reviews, and usually when I see a one star review I don’t pay much attention. However, this has been an exceptionally bad experience. The washing machine sounds like a jet plane taking off. We have had two Samsung repair guys here and Samsung says we are overloading it. They are telling us that only ONE SHEET can be put in at a time. Not one SET, one SHEET! So much for Ultra Capacity. Further, they have run diagnostics and even though the tech agrees with us, Samsung is telling him there is nothing they can do. I just want my money back at this point. We have been working on this issue for 45 days. The washer dryer is only 90 days old. This is ridiculous!!

Main bearing went out after 16 months
We did love our washer when we first got it. However, 16 month later the main bearing has gone out and we are having to purchase a new washer. After lots of research, our understanding is every other Samsung washer has a warranty for this part. This is the only machine that doesn't, which tells me they know it is an issue. We've called Samsung and they will do nothing about it. We've paid to have an appliance repair company come out and they even told us fixing it isn't worth it. We've bought several Samsung products and are usually very happy, but I DO NOT recommend this machine.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke Front Load Washer and it has completely transformed my laundry routine. First, the flat-panel design is stunning—it looks incredibly sleek and modern in the space. The AI OptiWash feature takes the guesswork out of doing laundry; it automatically senses soil levels and adjusts the wash time. The Auto Dispense system is also a game-changer, saving me from measuring detergent every time. I love the SmartThings app integration, which sends a notification to my phone when a cycle finishes. It runs incredibly quietly, even on high spin speeds. Highly recommend!

Poor quality washer
I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will arise next. This is a poorly made machine, even though upon initial purchase it seemed like a good investment. Will not buy this again nor recommend to others.

AI? Meh... looks good. Cleans laundry.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good... did notice that when you use water in some areas this will consider the laundry dirtier than it is. Maybe an issue with hardness?
Otherwise the AI modes are nice but unnecessary. The ability to fill up a reservoir with detergent and automatically add it is nice.
Cleans laundry well overall. Seems energy efficient. Like that you can control it from the family hub. And it's quick.
AI isnt really super helpful but it's a reliable and nice looking washer.

Do not recommend. So many issues and no resolution
I purchased the Bespoke 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Front Load Washer. Unfortunately, within the first two weeks the unit completely failed and had to be replaced. The replacement then began making loud metallic noises during operation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the noise persisted. Most recently, the washer failed to drain due to a malfunctioning drain pump—which makes it completely unusable. I expected much higher reliability from this model and was disappointed by the repeated performance issues.

Solid Performance with Minor Button Sensitivity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the washer has been performing very well and is doing a great job meeting my laundry needs. One of the standout features is the spin cycle—it leaves clothes noticeably drier, which helps cut down on drying time.
The only downside I’ve noticed is that the push buttons can be a bit sensitive. Occasionally, they don’t respond right away and require pressing more than once, which can be slightly frustrating.
Overall, though, the washer is reliable and effective. Despite the minor issue with the controls, it’s been a strong performer and I’m satisfied with its performance.

In Love with these Features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set about 2 months ago. The washer was delivered and set up in about an hour. One thing you need to make sure is that your hot water "reaches" your laundry water line or thew washer will give an error message and stop your cycle. Aside from that minor issue arising, once you connect the washer to your phone you can easily send your wash cycle to the machine and just press start. The best feature that you gotta pay a little more for is the automatic dispensing detergent and softener dispenser. This is a life changer and really takes the guess work out of measuring, you get just the right amount!
