Excellent washer and dryer set!
We have had this set about 8 months now and I absolutely love it! In my opinion it is the best set currently being sold. I say this because I use a whole lot of washer and dryers! I own a vacation rental cleaning company and use several washer and dryers every day. This set by far tops them all! I also have 4 hairy dogs, 4 kids and a timber faller husband that brings home everything from the woods on his clothes, mud, wood chips plus gas and saw oil. This set never disappoints. We also love the app and all the helpful codes to help it keep running efficiently as possible.
I am so happy to have it in my home! My best purchase of 2024

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this machine for several months now. I absolutely love it! It's great in size and also has a self clean feature. Although it has this feature, please keep in mind you have to clean and maintain it as well. What I love most is that it alerts my phone when the cycle is over. This is a great feature for people who get sidetracked and forget they have a load in the wash. I've always loved Samsung products. My last washer was a hand-me-down Samsung and lasted over 10yrs from the 5 or 6yrs from my brother and his wife.

Terrible
The washer started leaking after the first few uses which I thought it was due to overfilling the soap compartment. Then it started making loud noises with spins after a few months. Still thought that it is not a big deal until it stopped draining water a few days ago. My old washer lasted over 10 years and costed a few hundreds less. And of course the factory warantee just expired
The dryer sensor does not work well. Clothes are still damp and have to use the time dry feature which would take at least an extra 30 minutes for small/medium load after drying for 1 hour on dry sense which is ridiculous. The only good thing is the size

It cleans clothes extremely every if it's heavy soiled loads.The soin cycle removes alot of water so it takes a lot less time waiting them to dry.
I also like the variety of wash settings. Which helps with the varieties of ehat im always washing from clothes to delicates.plus i live the modern design.
The only done is of the selection s wash times are longer than expected. However the cleaning g performance makes up for it.over all I'd highly recommend this washer.

Terrible quality
I bought this set about a month ago and I am more disappointed in the quality than anything. Let me start of by saying my previous set lasted set years without a single dent, this washer and dryer set is made so cheaply that you can’t even set a bottle of laundry detergent on it without it getting a dent and scratches, no there was nothing on the bottle that should have caused any scratches or dents but there is a dent and scratches already, the front of the washer looks like it’s not lined up correctly and the metal on the front of the washer looks like it is bowing in somehow. I would not have bought this set if I knew how cheap the materials to make it must be.
It’s working but i honestly expected much better quality from Samsung.
The features that it has are pretty cool but I am very disappointed in the design quality and durability.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Washer – Reliable and Performs Gre

I actually own the exact same model at my second home, so this is my second experience with this unit—and both have performed exceptionally well. The washer cleans thoroughly, runs reliably, and leaves clothes smelling fresh every time.
So far, I have had absolutely zero issues with either machine. While I understand that any appliance may eventually need service over time, this washer feels very well-built and dependable. Based on my experience, I would absolutely purchase this model again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality washer.

App is awesome, user manual meh
Exactly as it appears in the photos. Instruction manual is generic for all models and the “Option” button isn’t in mine so I need to research how to adjust the detergent concentration and amount used. Settings aren’t easy to get into/find. The washer itself is simple so I can run a load just fine and easy enough.
Only done 3 loads so far and works great.
The app is convenient and I had all my kids get it so everyone knows when their load is done to love to the dryer or when it’s done drying to go get their stuff so someone else can use it. Huge win on that part because clothes would get left in the washer and then smell and have to be run again.
