Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Very poor paint job. Dog feature is not very usefu
Bought this washer for the Pet hair removal obviously. Very disappointing just went ahead and removed the filters because it didn't catch much. You have to clean the filters every single wash or your next load will smell like dog.
My next issue is the paint job so thin and cheaply done. Scratches appeared immediately. Even the glass scratches easily the lid. I love the color. I've attached photos so you can see. I've had the Machine less than a year. I'm not even sure how the scratches happen. I only wash towels in it. We use a lot of towels every day. And when we wash the dogs, we dry them with the towels. I also bought it for the large capacity feature. see attached pictures.

Want to return
I bought this washer and dryer about few months ago after doing lot of researches and was really excited for my purchase. It does its job washing my clothes and towels but is NOT consistent. I tried the recommended troubleshooting on the website however it still does the same thing almost every other time i wash my clothes. It still leaves stains on my clothes especially on the dark color ones. Lighter ones also have stains after wash but aren’t as noticeable as the darker ones. I even tried to do double wash and still give me the same issue. I really want to return the product..

Disappointed from
Constantly unbalanced & will not lock
We’ve had this washer for 6 years and have had issues for the last year. The washing machine is constantly unbalanced and has wasted countless amounts of water, even for the smallest loads. We have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and nothing has worked. We have resorted to hang wringing clothes if we do not want to waste an entire day on ONE load of laundry. We tolerated this for an entire year until last week the lid no longer locks. To avoid further frustration with attempting costly repairs, time and energy- we’re pitching to the curb and purchasing a more reliable brand. Extremely disappointed in the longevity of such an expensive appliance.

So far great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It can be a little loud when the tub is filling . That is my only complaint. Wife loves it and happy wife means a happier life for me.

Not Good
I do not recommend this washer. I don't think it cleans well unless you use deep cycle and pod detergent. The top of the frame cracked 2 months after having it. I contacted Samsung through their website and was told it's my fault. The plastic on the top is very thin. When you lean over to grab the clothes it bends a little. I'm very frustrated. I can't imagine this will last much longer. The cover eventually will not close.

Constant problems
Has broken 3 times. Once the motherboard fried, second time the interface panel died, third time the hinge broke off the plastic. Nothing but problems and have only had it for 2 years.

Huge washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is sooooo deep I love it. I was against the white washer but it is so beautiful to look at with the rose gold. This washer is can wash a big winter comforter which is AMAZING! The auto dispenser softener and detergent is also a plus. I currently have no complaints with the washer itself. I do have the Smart Things app with I use for other Samsung appliances and it’s AMAZING but the washer is having a hard time to connect to the app. I think my wifi is a bit out of range but I’m determined to get it to connect as I too love that app.
