Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

JUNK
COMPLETE JUNK (DONT BUY) I bought this washer a little over a year ago and the PBA module failed. Samsung doesn’t sell that part ending in the right part number for my washer nor can I find it anywhere else. My part number is DC92-02965D. The only ones I’m finding end with g,c,f,b. They look the same and have the same plugs but trust me they won’t work ask me how I know. Now I’m stuck buying a new washer and I’m not happy about it. It would be really nice for these manufactures to actually make parts/stock parts they know that’s going to fail like the (pba module) it’s a year old washer like come on get you stuff together Samsung.

Does not agitate
I bought the Samsung model WA54CG7105AV with the agitator and the agitator does not agitate my laundry. Had 2 technicians come and say they’ve had customers complain about the same thing. But because I bought it 3 weeks ago thinking there was a problem with it that’s why I had 2 technicians come to look at it I am unable to return or get the product swapped. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this product and I was told there’s nothing anyone can do. So I have to deal with this washer that does not wash my laundry until I can save money to buy a new washer. This has been a total nightmare. Please save yourself and not buy the agitator one.

First Samsung washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new washer for a few months now and we really like it. Due to the layout of our house, our washing machine can be heard from our living room. It's been very quiet and does not interrupt TV shows or conversations. It gets our clothes very clean and I especially love the detergent and softener dispensers. The water jet is an extremely useful feature that I've used with every single load. Lots of wash cycles and it even though it can be a bit overwhelming, it's nice to have options based on what you're washing. This is our first Samsung washer and we're very happy with it!

Nice Washer with great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this washer about 3 months ago and so far so good. I can connect with the machine via my smartphone sending my wash cycle settings and getting notifications when my load is complete. The rinse button inside is awesome if you want to pre soak or scrub some stains out. The inside of the washer is deep so if ur short you may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine. The only draw back I have is the pre set settings. Most is set for over a hour so I usually just do my own settings for my individual wash cycles. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Very Poor design!!! Avoid and buy a front loader
This washer has a design flaw in the suspension rods. The damper will not last long and when is damaged it will affect the spin cycle causing unbalanced load error. I had this problem after just a year and a half. You can change the suspensions rods by yourself but that will not solve the problem, they will be damaged again in 2-3 months. If you call the repair service it will cost at least half of the price of the washer.
It is unbelievable that they are still selling this machine! Avoid to waste your money with the top load and buy a front load!

AWFUL
DO NOT BUY. Samsung lasts 2 years max. Then breaks, just as the warranty expires.
We have to “babysit” our washing machine. It takes up to 2.5 hours for one load because each load goes off balance when spinning. So much water wasted.
Went to my mom’s condo to do her laundry in her community laundry room because her Samsung stackable washing machine’s belt shredded (causing major plumbing issues), 2 weeks after 2 week warranty expired. Her community washer was a Samsung (same as mine). It took 2.5 hours to do one load because it kept going off balance on spin cycle. I had to readjust laundry and restart spin cycle 7 times, just like home machine. Do not buy!

Loads are always unbalanced
This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. I do not recommend the washer with the impeller. Nothing stays balanced. It constantly stops and restarts. Nowhere near energy efficient. Most loads take twice as long because they become unbalanced so easily. The load size and wash cycle have no bearing on the load staying balanced. Only suggestion is to have an incredibly expensive repairman come out and take a look. Maybe the machine with the agitator is better, but the impeller is awful.

fast spin lover from
NO separate spin cycle; at end, heavy items WET
has Energy Star rating, most likely because spin is 750 rpm. (front loaders more like 1200 rpm). leaves items like jeans, flannel wet. increased my dry time x2. Energy savings???
Also no separate spin- only cycle ; this would allow one to reorganize the clothes and drain more water.
on the plus side: deep fill, deep wash provides water to roughly 3/4 full, so real capacity is less, closer to 4cft,
but that is still good. Does not clean as well as I would like, but good enough for today's machines.
I would LOVE this machine if the spin was repeatable as a separate cycle OR they brought up the spin to 1000-1100 rpm. Lose the useless Energy Star designation and give us a machine that is AMAZING in flexibility.
