Samsung 5.5 cu. ft. 28 Inch Top Load Washer

We take a look at the Samsung WA55A7700AV washing machine to see if you should buy one

The automatic dispenser of softener and detergent doesn’t work. The shoes rack of the dryer doesn’t work. The notches that one end of the rack sits on are too shallow to keep the rack up. The rack falls off as soon as shoes are placed on. The dryer takes much longer to dry any load of wet clothes.

Just bought this to replace our washer of 10 years that kicked the bucket. We decided to get a big washer as our family grew since we first bought our previous washer. This one is 5.5 cubic feet and can fit my king size blankets. Plus all the controls and settings makes this washer super awesome.

Works wonderful. I love the pre-fill feature for laundry detergent and fabric softener. The tub is huge. For some, reaching all the way to the back of the bottom might be a challenge. I make it work by using a step stool. The colors of black and rose gold look fantastic as a matching set!

I couldn't love this washer more! It's capacity is huge, which is awesome for a family of two adults and two near-adult size kids. It doesn't struggle at all on the spin cycle. In addition to capacity, I look for simplicity from first use -- I don't want to be overwhelmed with buttons and options.

Was really looking forward to this huge capacity washer and dryer. Unfortunately the top load model washer on a quick cycle or normal cycle does not use enough water even to get clothes wet, therefore not even clean. Really disappointed in this design as all it needs it more water flow.

This washer is wonderful. It seems to balance itself before each wash, which helps to avoid a lopsided load of laundry shaking the whole room when it hits the spin cycle. We bought this washer a few weeks ago. It can handle very heavy loads. I actually think it gets clothes cleaner than washers with an agitator because of the way it moves the clothes around inside the washer while also not being hard on them. I think this will extend the wear of the clothes.

The Samsung extra large capacity washer can tackle any load you put in it. The drum is very large and can wash up to a large comforter. I really appreciate the pre-loaded soap and softener dispenser. It makes washing clothes a breeze not having to measure out detergent or softener.
