Love the machine. Only thing I really dislike about the machine is the tub is too deep. I am 5'8 and have a hard time reaching the bottom of the tub without hitting my head on the machine. Very hard to get clothes out of the machine to put in the dryer.

It's deep, very deep. 5'3" and have to use a step to reach the bottom. Didn't realize it was so much taller than other top loading machines. Also, they make it overly complicated to get the settings you want. The basic settings on models half the cost is highly effective. Wash bin is convenient.
Beware all Samsung washers and dryers. Bought both in 2013 and both died in September 2013. Out of warranty and out of luck. Major appliances should last longer than four years given what they cost ($1300 for the set). Various repair outfits won't work on them because they know Samsung makes junk.
They were package very well. When i took them out they were in great shape . I installed them and they work perfect and they were just as the photo showed
Received the item as scheduled, workers brought it up and for a separate fee they installed it. Tried to rip me off by charging $100 but I said that was too high so they charged me $60 and swiped my rubber hoses to the metal ones. The machine is BEAUTIFUL!
