It's a great machine, everything is digital and following the instructions on how to use will make your washer last longer. When in use the washer is quite, do NOT pour detergent, fabric softener, bleach etc. inside the washer on your clothing use the slots inside the washer to add these liquid.

This is a great piece of machinery. It is quiet, has easily visible controls, good variety of wash options and appears to be very durable. Its main problem is that the high height used to achieve the large capacity with the width and depth used to match other machines (like dryers) causes the reach...

While this washer seems to wash clothes just fine, there are several things about it that are so annoying, it downgrades everything. First, the good stuff... It's capacity is huge, like the largest I've ever seen, cuts your laundry load time in roughly half. Comforters, rugs, no problem!

The washer is quite attractive and I like being able to see into the machine during the wash cycle and to know time until complete. It is a deep machine and people 5'4" and shorter need a stool to reach to bottom of drum.

This washer is amazing. It weighs the clothes so I don't waste water. It locks the door so it doesn't stop in the middle of the cycle. Also is pretty quiet. We are loving this purchase.

I like it because is big, energy saving and easy to use.

It is worst home applince I ever bought.It will flush all water that I already put detergent if I found I made wrong water temperature choice. And I have turn off power to made any changed. But I I turn power it will start over a new wash cycle.

  Did not meet expectations

Ive got a hoard of kids that run around my house. This washer gets their clothing squeaky clean, which is a feat considering all these kids are constantly coated in ketchup and dirt….

I love Samsung large appliances especially the matte black. This particular unit is easy to use and I’ve haven’t had any issues with it four years in. It quiet and most of the stains come out.
