Poor build quality, the battery barely lasted 12 months now it can only do a 12 minute clean before it runs out of batteries. The screws have snapped across the chassis and the clean station no longer charges as a result

The vacuum cleaner is good looking but averagely performing. It needs to be supported by a handheld vacuum cleaner from time to time in corners and on carpets. I received it as a replacement for a broken model without the big docking station.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

Will always buy robotic vacuums from now, this one is really decent and clever too. Cleaned really well, my house is always clean now even with 2 cats

This little guy is a massive help with the daily cleaning. Sturdy product and really effective!

This arrived today and stopped working within 5 minutes. Samsung Support have been no help whatsoever and just try to palm you off to using online support which is also of no help. Not impressed

Had it for quite a while and never really ben happy with it traded in my cheap £120 robot vaccum which was far better I have to get the upright hoover out after it has hoovered the rug it doesn't do much also keeps saying filter blocked I keep cleaning them buying new filters nothing works I have to...

vacuum my living room thoroughly in 15 min, much faster than my previous robot it takes 1 hour.Very good helper for cleaning and I love the dust bag which should last for 2-3 months.

Absolutely love it! I bought the Jet Bot out of curiosity, with doubts that it might work. However, I was astonished at the results. My house never been so thoroughly cleaned and dust free.

Only used twice so far but is quiet and fast. Does a good job on tiled floor
