The bezel makes the Frame TV. Without it, it just looks like a regular TV. The bezel makes it look like a piece of art. Must have if you buy the Frame TV. Extremely easy to install. Looks amazing

We bought this product because it could look like a frame flush with the wall, and we could hide all the wires behind it. The mount comes with 2 mounting plates 12 inch width each. The instructions only support drilling into studs, but the plates can't cover 2 studs spaced 16 inch apart .

It's in a living room that we can't completely darken and in a wall that each side you walk around. The combination of a brighter screen and mounting flush to the wall makes this an excellent TV for this room. I do have an oled in another, darker room so I can compare the two screens.

At first this tv was AMAZING.., but a month later and you have to be glued to the remote so you can pause and play every 15 minutes so the sound will sync to the video. The only support iv been able to find is that although it’s a “smart” tv, it’s not set up for streaming only… which seems...

I have a 1150sft 2 bedroom condo and purchased 3 Frame TVs to cover both bedrooms and the living room. Each looks great but the remote control situation is very annoying. Each remote controls each TV so turning off one often turns on another or trying to turn on one and you turn on two.

Everything about is TV is clunky and awkward. The remote control comes with no instructions and it doesn’t perform . The picture quality is faded and not sharp. The sound is very poor. You will need to purchase a sound bar. You can purchase another TV without the Artwork and save 50%.

The TV looks fantastic in the gamesroom, even when not on. The feature that allows you to hang art on the wall instead of a large black screen is great. Makes the room more of a sports bar feel.
