I decided it was time to upgrade from my old smart tv to a newer one I debated between this Samsung and a vizio and ultimately chose Samsung I'm very happy with this tv the picture is crystal clear and the audio quality is great.
I like the picture quality but this tv fails to recognize my devices. It thinks my firestick is Direct TV. It says my PS4 is unknown. It also turns on by itself sometimes.
Do not buy this unit if you stream. There are issues with making a WiFi connection with your WiFi. No help found in correcting this issue. Bought this unit for streaming but was unable to make the connection with my WiFi.
very happy with the picture even more so now that I turned off that judder setting that made the picture look fake. if you buy this TV you'll see what I mean. sound quality is pretty good.
Only problems. I bought this tv in September 2020. Easy setup. Color fades if viewing from the side. But the real issues are this. First, the sound goes out totally every few weeks. I hear nothing. Then last week the sound was buzzing one tone really loud. And tonight I cannot change the channel.
I will return the real TV I am very disappointed in making the purchase I have spent almost nine hundred dollars and I think it was a total waste of my time sometimes the image gets too bright the colors look very bad and sometimes they look very elegant the I'm really sad
Samsung has always been a favorite TV brand for me. I have also had LG, and TCL, but this Samsung looks great. Deep blacks, sharp bright picture, and the Tizen menu system make this an outstanding value. I still added a Roku Streaming Stick Plus to it for more channels. It only has 2 HDMI ports.
