Portable projectors have gotten so much better, so much smaller, and much more affordable over the past few years. Samsung jumped into the space in 2022 by announcing The Freestyle Gen 1 at CES 2022.

  Setting up edge detection is a bit of a learning curve, Doesn't do super well in bright rooms with sunlight, moderatly lit rooms are great and dark rooms are best

Samsung's sophisticated LED portable doesn't quite qualify as 'home cinema' but it delivers excellent features and performance at a very competitive price.

Stitching two big screens together for some ultrawide magic is an impressive party trick. But is it worth it?

This is a great piece of equipment, just for the first year. Brilliant features and good quality compared to its price. Samsung knew that there would be a problem after one year that they only give one year warranty

Have never owned a projector but now wonder why . Brilliant price of kit , very portable and very happy with the picture . Feels like a 100” tv in a small package . Would absolutely recommend.

I bought this about a month ago and have enjoyed it a lot so far. It's portability and easy of use are great, but it's far from a perfect device. Don't be confused, it needs to be used in a dark(ened) room to have an acceptable picture!. The auto keystone is almost never perfect.

When I purchased this a few weeks ago it was an impulse buy. I truly didn't think it would have much use in my home other than some occasional entertainment. From the second I turned the lights off and started up a Netflix show I was mesmerized.
