Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Do Not Buy Samsung Appliances
Refrigerator died after 1.5 years from date of purchase due to a failure of the sealed system.
Samsung is trying to claim that the refrigerator is out of warranty even though their own warranty documents explicitly state that parts and labor of the sealed system are covered for 5 years.
The only silver lining is that this is a fairly straightforward case for small claims court. Filed today and am expecting to get the prorated value of the refrigerator.
I would highly recommend that all prospective buyers avoid Samsung products. In my experience, they are not built to last and Samsung will not honor their warranty agreements as written.

What we needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a sleek looking sturdy cooling machine with minimal points of failure (like pull-out freezer drawers, water dispenser etc.) that was available for delivery quickly... found all of that in this. SmartThings connectivity helps track metrics like power consumption and how often the door was opened in addition to providing options to remotely change temps, start turbo cooling or the ice maker.
We chose to buy shelf organizers because shelves cannot be moved - other than that - a solid cooling machine that should last a long time.

Recommend getting this one
my garage refrigerator finally bit the dust and decided to get this refrigerator. this was a really good price/value refrigerator.
here are the pros:
modern design
super super quiet
wifi connectivity shows current temperature for freezer/fridge as well as the settings, door closed or not, and energy consumption charts and daily energy usage.
extra deep shelves
well built
great value
shows current temp in freezer and frig on the control panel and set temperature
super thick doors
cons:
not really a con but the refrigerator is extra deep. normally a refrigerator would have handles that stick out, but this refrigerator doors are the handles, so the actual depth of this refrigerator is the same as a refrigerator measurement that includes the handle bumpout.

I love it! It is very spacious
i bought this refrigerator for space convenience and economy, and to tell the truth i was impressed with the ability to store everything i need. i just wanted a refrigerator that was spacious, modern, and in the same vein as samsung so that it would not be aesthetically out of step with the stove i had previously purchased from the brand. the design is charming as its minimalist design makes it look very modern and the black steel color makes it look very elegant. i decided on this model because it is precisely the space that i have for a refrigerator, and i did not want it to protrude from the counter and that is why i chose it that way.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Freezer shelves do no fit they will fall and shatter from the cold. Awful design. Who ever fulfilled this inspection should be held accountable, the shelves need to be just a fraction wider.
Sincerely,
An Unsatisfied Customer

We're Moving On Up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last fridge sucked. It occasionally would randomly decide to defrost and then when it kicked back on, the melted ice would freeze causing the freezer draw to not close properly and our fridge would heat up. We dealt with that for 2 years before I decided enough was enough. This fridge so far has been profection. The delivery drivers were kind and efficient with setting it up and it runs as it should. I haven't had to worry about the temperature fluctuating and having the app give alerts is very handy. I almost forgot how a refrigerator is supposed to act like. Thanks, Samsung for reminding me.
