Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Reliability
had this refrigerator for 3 months before the compressor fails. it took a service tech 2 weeks to investigate. now another 1.5 weeks to order the compressor. so nearly a flipping month without a refrigerator!!!! a toaster, tv or microwave failure we could live without for a couple weeks. a dead refrigerator means no cold food storage!! and no urgency on samsung’s behalf to resolve a critical appliance!!!
i purchased a $50 30-year old refrigerator for my son 7 years ago and it still runs flawlessly.
what do i get for this $1500 purchase? a dead refrigerator with little care of getting it resolved!
i”ll consider this an expensive lesson to never buy samsung again!! your service is pathetic!!!!

I wouldn't buy this again
I bought this refrigerator in May of 22'.
It currently has fault code 21c and is completely inoperative. I will most likely not have this repaired.
I'm out of full warranty, and only have the limited warranty remaining. So I would have to most likely pay to have a diagnostic visit, and for whatever repair costs incurred thereafter. Which doesn't bother me, however....it is less than two years old. What will happen in another two years? Probably another failure. More food and time wasted. I have no confidence in this product.
I moved all of my freezer and refrigerator items into my twenty year old refrigerator. That is what I have my confidence in, and another brand when I have to buy again.

Great Refrigerator With Plenty of Space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have been really happy with this refrigerator. It has a lot of space and keeps everything nice and cold without any noticeable temperature changes. The freezer has also been working well and we have not had any problems with frost building up. The doors close and seal nicely, and the refrigerator is pretty quiet most of the time. We also really like the black stainless steel finish. It looks great in the kitchen and does a pretty good job of hiding fingerprints and smudges. Overall, it has been a good refrigerator for our family and we are happy with the purchase.

Looks sleek but looks are deceiving
i brought this almost 2yrs ago. since the beginning, it is almost impossible to figure out the ice machine. it is sporadic at best. most of the time the bin is empty than in the middle of the night it produces 3-4 tray. the water that comes out is luke warm at best never cold. we had a power failure due to hurricane ian. in less than 6 hours the refrig was reading 60degrees and the freezer was 40 and everything was melted. our 15yr old, non -samsung, frig/freezer in the garage had temps of 45degrees in frig and 10 in freezer with nothing melted. i love their tvs and phones but stay away from their appliances

Disappointed with durability
fridge is marketed "stainless steel" but that must be the color, not material of the doors which have some ultra-soft coating that scratches/dents super easy. our kids have toys with plastic on outside & a magnet inside. simply placing these on fridge was enough to leave scratches all over with no way to remove. how does plastic scratch steel? and my wife barely bumped fridge while setting a plate on top and it immediately left a permanent dent super visible due to the shiny surface. fridge isn't made to withstand normal life use. also they shrinkwrapped plastic around all the parts before assembling them - we spent hours trying to peel off tiny bits of plastic wrap from every crevice. within weeks the ice maker failed which techs had to come out and fix. very disappointed with this.

Love our new fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The location where we have to put our refrigerator is difficult to have a side-by-side with handles on it. I love the fact that this is a handleless door, and it is very spacious inside. There isn’t wasted space, with all sorts of drawers and compartments. I can easily see everything inside my refrigerator without having to search through drawers.

Stay Away from Black Stainless
Purchased this refrigerator in black stainless and while generally the finish looks great, it's not stainless steel but some sort of plastic cover. This cover is easily scratched, especially by the crisper drawers which bump the outer side of the right refrigerator door when the door is open.
Also, the ice maker is very slow to produce ice. We're a two-person household so usually it's enough but we always have to buy a bag of ice if we're going to entertain.
I've been unable to find touch up paint to match the black stainless and Samsung support has been unhelpful.
I would purchase Samsung appliances again but not in the black stainless finish.
