Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Possible Solution to Frozen Screen Issues!!!
i love this refrigerator. the only problem is that the screen kept freezing up- couldn't swipe or anything. it was unresponsive. i did all the troubleshooting steps: the red switch in the top right, unplugged for 5 minutes...etc. nothing worked.
so i noticed in the same location as the red switch (top right of the fridge) is a usb port. i put a wireless mouse connector in the port and started using the mouse to navigate the fridge screen. i then did a reset by going to settings, and it's been working fine. i just leave the wireless usb connector in there and if it freezes up again, simply grab the woreless mouse and reset it, or just use the mouse to navigate.
i hope this helps!!

Great product, missing some basics.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent fridge with some technology added. I didn’t realize there was a big tablet built into it when I bought it. Only saw it online and thought it was just a window, didn’t see it was a tablet until it was delivered.
CONS:
-There is no light on drink dispenser, I over looked the lack of a light because this is basic and usually standard.
-The camera on the inside has a very small field of view, I can’t imagine a single use for this feature.
-Scratches very easily.
Pros:
-looks great!
-Very convenient Alexa built in
-Lots of possibilities and options to display stuff on Tablet.

#Buy another brand
Awful awful refrigerator. Ice maker stopped working right after the warranty I believe that’s by design. My ice maker leaked, water ran down the water and ice dispenser, froze inside of there so now it’s blocked. Had to empty freezer and leave the door open so it could melt. It happened 2nd and 3rd time. Now it’s in the garage I’m sure it will be on the curb next. Read all the reviews for other models especially the 1 and 2 star reviews ICE MAKER IS GARBAGE!!!

good and bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after having this, I noted the ice maker hopper does not have much capacity, the screen could be higher on the door, the bottom drawers have a wierd clamshell closure. outside of that, it is sleek looking and I hope this will last quite a while.

Two Units in a row with thermometer issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm genuinely confused by the 17 5 star reviews. i can only imagine they were written the day the unit arrived or i have a new, faulty batch of produced units. i have had two units with the exact same issue, the thermometer reading much colder than what the actual temperature. the first unit freezer made a strange clicking sound then the ice maker stopped working the first day. i chalked the thermometer reading in the first unit to the freezer being faulty. the second unit has the same issue. the thermometer reading says the freezer is -3 degrees/refrigerator 35. our two digital thermometers show a different story. (photos attached.)
also, the second unit was delivered with two stickers and the inside of the freezer had grease streaks.

Screen not very useful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice dispenser has frozen up a few times. My guess is, due to higher temps in my house, the ice at the dispenser melts slightly before forming clumps and refreezing. 22cuft is not great for my family of 5, but it’s what fits in my house and it still holds about a weeks worth of food. There are no cold/ hot spots. It consistently keeps food at 29° in the freezer and 34° in the fridge. The hidden handles are great, no bumping into the protruding handle in this fridge. I do wish the built in tablet had more usefulness. All we ever use it for is playing music occasionally. Other than that, it’s a glorified calendar/clock.
