Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

NEVER AGAIN
We purchased this product in Summer 2024 as part of a complete Samsung appliances upgrade for our new home. We trusted the brand and spent a lot of money. 15 months later, 3 months out of warranty and we noticed a crack on the bottom of the fridge compartment. We had not caused it, we had not dropped anything, the fridge was sat on a level floor, we could not recreate the damage if we tried. We had Samsung repairs come out and told us that the fridge was not repairable at all. We have pleaded with Samsung to make an exception but nothing. We will never buy from them again. Make sure you read the real reviews, not the incentivized ones.

It’s not as great as I had hoped- but it’s good
The Ice maker had some issues when we first got it, we hope that has been resolved now, although there is still a strange frost all over the ice maker tray- almost as if air is getting inside. I love the size of the refrigerator, but the fingerprints are horrible ! The water pitcher is a winner- can’t liv without that again, great feature. The screen is a bit much, I was star struck in the store by all the tech but now that it’s here, it’s all very clunky and unnecessary. The Alexa interferes with every Alexa in my house The memo pad function only works half the time. I wish I had gotten this fridge without the screen.

Beautiful fridge, Incomparable tech
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge, it's beautiful and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances. It has a huge screen on the front that works like a tablet! You can do almost anything a Samsung tablet would do. I am sure they will add more features as more updates are made but as of now I can check my ring cameras, play Spotify/ pandora/ iheart, you can watch YouTube and control all your other devices connected via SmartThings. I haven't even mentioned the AI inside or the automatic doors or the other 100 features that are equally as mindblowing. Just all around really happy and can't wait to see what else they add.

Smart & Cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re genuinely impressed with this fridge! It’s become the heart of our kitchen. The sleek, customizable design paired with smart features like the AI Family Hub™+ and AI Vision Inside™ make it both stylish and futuristic. My wife especially appreciates the internal cameras that identify food and monitor expiration dates, making grocery planning a breeze. Our son is a fan of the versatile middle drawer with its five temperature settings; perfect for his snacks. I’m all about the dual auto ice maker that delivers both cubed ice and Ice Bites™. It’s a win for the whole family!!!

Worst service ever. Long time customer - no more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Showed up with a door problem that was simple, but Samsung refused to fix. After waiting for three months, they changed the install date which caused a vacation to be rescheduled. Samsung does not compensate for poor planning on their part. Samsung then refused to help me on the phone or chat with the non-functional fridge. I have seven case numbers and chat transcripts to prove it. The fridge might be nice, but service/support is horrific.

Dont buy Direct from
Where’s your Service
I equipped my entire kitchen with Samsung Bespoke product, purchasing a new Samsung Refrigerator ( >$3200), Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave direct from Samsung. I went direct thinking that customer service and all the other aspects of quality would be met. However, after a little over two years (just after the warranty period) my dishwasher (bespoke) stopped working.
I contacted Samsung Service and the responsiveness has been horrible. We spoke about the warranty and even purchasing a new one and never got a call back. I’d like this email sent to senior leadership at Samsung as I look for a remedy. My kitchen is now equipped with a boat anchor and the label on that anchor is Samsung. My junk Maytag lasted longer and if this is not remedied I will let every rating service know NOT to purchase Samsung, especially direct.
If I sound upset, I am. I call service and never hear back. I call the warranty group and all they care about is maximizing profit by charging me >$300 for a 1-yr warranty and then call me back.

Smart, looks great fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for a few months now and honestly, it’s been a total upgrade for our kitchen. The AI Vision Inside is super helpful, it actually lets us see what's inside without opening the doors (great when I'm at the store and forget what we need). It's definitely helped us cut down on food waste, which is something we used to struggle with a lot more before.
The Family Hub display have become part of our daily routine, we use it for recipes, quick notes, and even to play music while cooking. It makes the kitchen feel more fun and interactive.
Overall very happy with the fridge so far.

Style over substance.
Love the look and the screen. Loved having our family calendar easily accessible. I liked the ice drawer and the water jug inside the door. Drawer space is limited and the shelves are awkwardly spaced. This is my 3rd Samsung fridge. Not my favorite as capacity is not as efficient as others I’ve owned. Unfortunately the freezer stopped cooling after 4 months then the fridge followed shortly after. So not actually fulfilling the primary objective of the purchase. Pretty but useless. With no replacement in sight.
