Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Broken in 6 months
We bought this on sale during labor day. Its a fine refrigerator, but it broke within 6 months. It took 3 weeks and 2 visits from Samsung support. After 3 weeks they told us it was unfixable. Because the exact model wasn't in stock they did provide a refund, but since we bought it on sale all similar refrigerators were hundreds of dollars more expensive for similar models. Because of all the customization options, getting your EXACT model replaced will prove difficult. They refused to give us a gray panel unit because we had a black panel unit because it wasn't the same model. Getting our money will take an additional 2-3 weeks, so we will be without a working refrigerator for 6+ weeks. Terrible experience.

Spaciousness with Sleek Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with the purchase.
This fridge is roomy and practical with easy access while providing the luxurious aura with its sleek design.
Also the smartphone control via smart things app is quite nice to have.
The water pitcher fills up fast with cold water, along with 2 different sizes of ice being available at the same time.
I personally prefer simple and durable product for the appliances, and this fidge perfectly meets my needs.
But if you prefer more tech forward, consider higher range of this fridge.
If you are considering this fridge, go for it. You will be satisfied for your investmemt.

Good fridge for the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago, and love how much room this refrigerator offers. Love the pitcher feature, wasn’t sure if we were going to like it or not. Although, the pitcher seems to be a bit finicky. Not really sure what makes it fill or not. Sometimes we open the door and pitcher is full, other times it has not filled yet. Seems to be getting less consistent as well. We will be contacting support. Love the different ice cubes and don’t miss the moving parts of the ice maker dispenser, feel like having fewer moving parts, makes for fewer headaches down the road. Overall very satisfied.

Modern Design, Great Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “I’ve been using my Samsung refrigerator for over a year, and I’m very satisfied with its performance. It keeps food fresh for longer, has plenty of storage space, and operates quietly. The adjustable shelves make organizing groceries easy, and the modern design looks great in my kitchen. I also appreciate its energy efficiency, which helps reduce electricity costs. The cooling is consistent, and the freezer works exceptionally well. The only minor downside is that replacement parts can be expensive if needed. Overall, it’s a reliable, stylish, and high-quality refrigerator that I would happily recommend to family and friends.

Great features! One Problem
Love it. A huge improvement over my old top freezer. It’s spacious, accessible, well lighted and beautiful. I love the water pitcher. My only complaint is the difficult closing the French doors. Each door catches when it meets the outer edge of the other door, even if I gave it a good push. I have to go back and firmly push the door closed. I’ve had 3 door fridges before but never experienced this. It seems like a design flaw or maybe it’s just this fridge. I called the appliance store and they said that’s how it works. You have to push it All The Way Closed. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a house with kids. It does beep if you don’t close the door. After a while

I love my new Samsung Refrigerator!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclaimer: I am 50 years old and this is my first ever absolutely brand new refrigerator. So, It's not SUPER hard to impress me! lol Having said that, I do absolutely love this refrigerator. I love the no-handles feature because my refrigerator has a wall on the right side and this makes a huge difference when I open the door. I love how roomy and spacious the fridge is. I enjoy the alerts if I accidentally leave the door open. I love how clean it looks on the outside due to having the icemaker in the bottom freezer and the water bottle in the door. All in all, I'm very pleased!

A big improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our prior Samsung refrigerator that constantly had problems with its ice maker. This one works perfectly though the ice maker takes up a lot of space in the freezer. We actually lost some freezer capacity. Really the only issue we have is that it occasionally makes a long squeaking sound. It’s more strange than bothersome.
The second door to the beverage center with the integrated pitcher is really nice. It was worth it just for that.
Overall we’re happy with this refrigerator and are glad we got it. It looks nice, it works, and it has all the features we need.

Ample space, very convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator in March 2023. So far no issues. The water pitcher is so much more convenient than a water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Also really like the ice maker in the freezer instead of the door. My relatives came to visit and when their fridge went out in August, they wound up purchasing the same refrigerator because they thought the features were so convenient. Also the storage in the refrigerator is massive, was able to fit a whole turkey in there to brine along with a gallon of milk and two 2- liter bottes of soda and we still had space.
