Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Loud noise as others complained, do not buy....
Loud noise every few hours as others complained in the reviews, DO NOT BUY. Two techies came from samsung care, both don't have a clue about the noise, they reached out to Samsung as well, the warranty support team, order support team, home appliance support team all don't have clue. One agent confirmed other customers complained as well. The noise is so loud that it wakes us up in the middle of the night. Even the replacement fridge has same exact issue. So now it's concluded that this is known issue with this model, Samsung should find a solution and replace the problematic component for all customers for free when they find the root cause.

Best Refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. Looks great in our kitchen. Sleek design and definitely resists fingerprints, even with a kid who takes pleasure in putting handprints on things. Love the drawer for lunch meat, cheeses and meat. Very convenient not having to open the fridge for our most used items. I love that the buttons to adjust temp, etc is inside the fridge instead of outside where little fingers can mess with them. Ice dispenses quickly and we have never run out, even with my wife who loves LOTS of ice in her drinks. Cooled quickly after installation. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Beautiful, spacious and Efficient!
i really like this refrigerator. it was a breeze to set up the water system and i like the simplicity of the controls. the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is the shelves. be prepared - it is darn near impossible to clean the glass shelves. we checked youtube and there was a video explaining the process of popping out the clips so you can lift the glass...yea - not an easy thing to do and doesn't even appear to work on ours - so some food liquid is permanently stuck between the shelf and the glass....gross! this, in our opinion , is a major design flaw with the shelves. otherwise - we really like it.

Extra Large
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the largest refridgerator that I have had. It has enough space for everything from produce to gallons of dinks. The door space is amazing and so is the extra flex drawer. The drawer allows me to put trays in it when I entertain or just keep my cheeses and drinks in. The freezer drawer has lots of room as well. I like that there are seperate compartments for everything. This is the first time smudge free exterior really means it. I have not had a single fingerprint show up on this and with all of the tiny hands in the house they would have shown up on day one. I am happy with my Samsung refrigerator and look forward to many years of use.

Great refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how cold the fridge keeps and that the temperatures for each part of the fridge and freezer are adjustable. The buttons inside are a little hard to navigate but using the app to control the fridge/freezer temp is much easier to use. I really like the feature where it sends an alert to my phone if the door has been left open. My 5 year old can go into the flex drawer and get her after school snacks with ease and also the freezer. She can get ice and water herself so it’s pretty easy to use. I appreciate the adequate door space and openness of the shelves. it’s a wonderful fridge and we are happy with it.

Excellent refrigerator
a part of my wife's dream, this refrigerator is beautiful and very efficient. it has a very low noise work, it has a big refrigerator, a big freezer with an internal extra drawer and between both there are a very useful drawer called flexzone with an intermediate temperature, nice for beers, sodas, cheese, etc. no leaks from water/ice compartment (very common in others brands). easy access to all parts due to its big doors and drawers. alarm for door open. a very useful app to refrigerator control using samsung smartthings via internet.

Space is great, that’s about it
this is the worst over-priced appliance we’ve ever purchaed. twice per week we have to use a blow dryer to defrost the frozen, non-working ice maker. the refrigerator constantly makes a dinging sound, the flex panel on the drink drawer cannot be used at all nor can it be reset. it does not work. this overpriced refrigerator is nothing but problems. appliance repairmen find out what type of refrigerator we have then tell us to just junk it & replace it because this make and model is nothing but constant problems.

This is a "don't Buy"
refrigerator that just keeps breaking, ice maker is just worthless, i have to defrost it every 4 to 6 weeks and it quit all together after 2 years and i had to replace it.
the controls for the "flex drawer" are directly under the split of the upper doors and condensation drips on to the control panel and has damaged it. it stopped working so you could not change the temperature but i just left it as it was... 2 days ago the temperature controls started changing the temperature every time you opened the drawer. . it is not cooling the refrigerator now.
3 years old
poor software, terrible touch controls that cannot take a kitchen environment.
