Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Not very happy with this refrigerator at the momen
Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

Terrible Installation Service and Damaged Product
The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process.
My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

Beautiful and intelligent inside and out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, and intelligent inside and out. I love the glass finishes. They are so easy to clean and keep clean. The meat, beverage drawer is so handy! The interior is bright and spacious. This was easy to set up. Having two sizes of ice seemed unnecessary however the ice bits are great for crushing and small necked water bottles. I wish the water jug inside wasn’t plastic. I’d prefer glass despite the weight. I can’t abide the plastic taste of the water. Getting the fruit taste out is difficult after you’ve infused. The lower freezer is very spacious and easy to organize and have access to.

Bad choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit isn’t constructed to its best knowledge, this is the first I’m ever writing a review, at first glance I love the look and feel on this product but in terms of operational efficiency this is way far from other competitors, no way close to other refrigerators that cost way less I so much believe Samsung priced this for the display on the front door not as an efficient refrigerator ice maker went in no time now the filter cabinet is broken once I place a filter in it cuts off the water ices makes leaks causing the ice to cling making big blocks, I would never recommend any bespoke appliances to anyone

Love love love!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge finally gave out so we went looking and settled on this bespoke French door model. We have never been so excited about a major appliance!! We have so much more room than our old side by side and the beverage station is everyone’s favorite with all of our drinks in one spot and an easy to reach shelf for my granddaughter! Also love the flex middle drawer which keeps all of our cheeses and lunch meats within easy reach and viewing. We look forward to getting extra panels so that we can change the colors on this too. Just can’t recommend this fridge enough!!

The best fridge ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge and it was back ordered. The wait was So worth it….we love love this fridge. I have been married for 53years and by far it’s my favorite. Love the design how clean the front is with no handles and it sits flush in its space. My first favorite is the beverage center door with the pitcher that refills itself. The inside is quite deep and has a lot of space. The middle drawer is also great and has so many uses. The freezer and ice maker is also great. Lots of room in there. Great design all the way around. We love it !! I almost forgot to tell you it’s beyond quiet… love that …

AVOID SAMSUNG
If I could I would havw given zero stars, and I will be telling everyone I know to not buy samsung ever again. We got our fridge in September 2024, now in March 2025 it flooded the kitchen ruining the floors. To make it worse Samsung support says they will not do anything to fix this. That even though they know where the leak is its not their fault, and they closed the ticket. Spent hours on the phone for them to say that sucks good luck, and just turn the water off. So we can't use the beverage station or ice in a 2024 fridge that's less than 1 year old. Do not buy from Samsung, they will not help you and you will be stuck with a fridge that doesn't have half the features you paid for and a ruined kitchen floor. With a well that suck for you from support.
