The Q80T offers a near-flagship performance at a price that’s closer to mid-range, and that makes it an excellent performance-per-pound proposition
Excellent contrast and colours, Three-dimensional and detailed, Solid, spacious sound
Occasionally overcooks colours, Slightly exaggerates film grain
First new TV in 13 years. My oh my have things gotten better. Still learning how to drive this new gear. The start-up set-up was helpful and complete. Image, color and Dynamics are no let down.

Sharp, resting images.Remote takes time to learn its functions.60 watts of speaker power remove need for sound bar.
No bass on sound system
Wonderful television, detailed picture with good sound. Picture is also very good in bright light conditions!
Great television especially for bright light conditions!
The picture is excellent and the features seem to be so too. It is somewhat confusing to know what features and extras are available and how they work. A hard copy manual would have been a nice touch.
I returned this TV. Dark colors all kinda ran together to make the picture seem very dark. Could not distinguish between someone wearing a blue suit and a black suit. Both looked black.
I’ve had this Samsung two weeks now and am delighted with it. I spent about thirty hours reviewing and investigating televisions and narrowed my search down to QLED or OLED. The QLED won on price and perceived longevity.
My son encouraged me to splash out and buy a new 55in Samsung QLED 4 K TV.I was very sceptical about doing so until I switched it on. Wow, it's fantastic, wonderful definition , clarity and sound.
The TV is great with thin bezel for full screen viewing of excellent clarity. Dark scenes are crystal clear with none of the black fuzziness seen with previous models. Apps including Apple TV and AirPlay 2 greatly enhance viewing options.
Better than previous Panasonic which only lasted 3 years before the dreaded white spots appeared
