The Samsung QE55Q7F uses QLED quantum dot technology to produce bright images with rich colours. It's one of the most capable TVs on the market, and arguably the best-looking. However, although the Q7F is the cheapest QLED TV, it's still very much over-priced compared with rivals.
A previous HDR bug has been squashed and the Q7F is now a thrillingly punchy and more affordable alternative to its OLED rivals

Awesomely bright, vibrant images, Detailed and very sharp indeed, Neat, attractive design, Smart and simple to use, Excellent for gaming

Sacrifices black performance for vibrancy, Poor viewing angles, Motion isn’t perfect
QLED proves that the battle for HDR dominance is far from over. If you love colour and brightness, check it out.

Occasional lighting issues, Expensive
Hate wires? The high-end Samsung Q7 is for you. But if you demand the absolute best picture quality, look to OLED.

The Samsung Q7 QLED TV is one of the best-designed TVs ever, with sleek, modern styling and impeccable fit and finish. The innovative "invisible" wiring system and breakout box make installation superclean. Picture quality is very good, especially in bright rooms.

The expensive Q7's overall image quality can't match OLED or the better LED LCD TVs.
Great picture and very clear - there was a sticker on the corner of the TV which left a mark on the screen which I am concerned about washing off as could damage the screen!!!!Also missing bolts for the TV stand
I upgraded from a 2013 55" Samsung Series 6 TV to the 55" Q7F.The design has certainly improved on this set with its very sleek looking stand and fully covered rear casing. It also includes the new one connect box and the invisible cable.
Bright picture, good quality picture and an easy to use voice control remote. Gone are the days though where you plug in and go, quite a long set up to create logins and get going, having a keyboard or a samsung smart phone/tablet would speed this up. Very happy with the TV overall.
This was an upgrade from my 10-year old Panasonic LCD TV that refuses to give up the ghost! It's gorgeous looking - super slim bezels, the one connect box is a great idea (next to no obvious cables visible from the back of the telly as they are routed through the stand).
Absolutely fantastic tv,don't get too bogged down in all the technical confusion suffice to say this is the tv & screen size to have.
Only had the TVs a few days but find it easy to use and set up.
I just came from a 50in 1080p Sony TV that broke after 3 years. This new one doesn't represent a tremendous upgrade but the snappyness and layout of the user interface is probably where I find the biggest improvement. My settings are...
Its good same as my other two Samsung TV's are. I also get pictures from my old sky dish unused for some years.
I spent ages looking at the LG Oled and this Samsung. As much as the Oled is a better and newer technology , this TV was just brighter. The smart features are now so good that I have given away my media player.
I bought this to replace an older flat-screen TV that I had. However, this makes my old TV look like a CRT TV! Very good picture quality and the speakers are pretty decent as well (although I use a soundbar for better quality).
