Compared to the 50" Crystal UHD I had previously, it's thinner, lighter, and there's no comparison for color & picture quality. Hands down THE 43" Q60B QLED is superior. I have a 55" Amazon Fire TV by Insignia and the picture and wifi quality are at the low end of tolerable.

Picture quality is great on closeups, but not so good on distance views. I use to be a Samsung man. I loved Samsung products. I have several older model Samsung TVs. One is a Plasma, which still has an amazing picture. I 'm both surprised and disappointed in the picture quality of the QN43Q60B.

The remote is very small and hard to use, you will need bright light and glasses to operate. It's a Samsung so be prepared to give them your info just to log in to the apps. No built in Roku and there's nothing special about the picture. Wish I could send it back!

I was so excited when I received my 50 inch tv, but after about the week I started having trouble with the sound. I did not get a registration card, manual, or any phone numbers . This is my 2nd Samsung tv with the same problem. I am very unhappy and will never buy another Samsung Tv.

This TV is primarily used in a bedroom, but sometimes moved around the house for family gaming and movie watching connected to a PC with and without wires. Also used with my galaxy s22 ultra for DEX mode, and streaming pics and videos to show others.

Very happy with this excellent TV. The two reasons for not giving it 5-stars are that it's my opinion that the software controls need improvement and the instructions for the remote control more detailed. After the initial set up headaches the TV is excellent. Glad I bought it.

  Remote control instructions are almost nonexistent. Had to watch an independent YouTube video to figure it out to learn how simple the solution was.

This is a beautiful TV. The screen / colors / graphics are absolutely phenomenal. The TV works flawlessly. It's been in use for about a month now and we've had no issues. The only complaint is the operating system of the TV is clunky and weird.

This 60 TV is beautiful! Perfect size for me. It has so much stuff on it that one week later I am still discovering new things. It was easy to unbox and put the stand together. Directions are almost nothing. Samsung could have included better instructions for set up and use.

We needed a tv to go in our new kitchen but the size and quality of the tv was very important. Searched for some time until we found this Samsung. Since we have owned over 10 Samsungs over the last 20 years (none failed, we just kept getting better picture quality and larger) we knew it would last.

Very pleased. This is my first smart tv, so I have nothing to compare it to. However, the set up was very smooth and straightforward, and the picture quality is far superior to my 14 year old Toshiba.
